If I could give this company a negative amount of stars I would! I was delevered a flower arrangement for my birthday on Dec. 13th. It was shriveled and had a few dead flowers in it. Come to find out it also was the wrong arrangement. My parents had sent the flowers so they called to let them know what the situation was. We were told that they would deliver them December 15th by 6pm, so I waited home. I left my house a 6:45 to return later that evening to see that they attemped delivery at 7pm. I called the number on the card and explained the situation and was told a manager would call me in the morning. I missed the call and called him back. I was told that the arrangement would be fresh and deleviered between 4 and 6pm. At 615pm I called to check on the delivery and was told that it didn't get printed and it would not arrive today.
