My flowers showed up two days late and 10/23/2011

My flowers showed up two days late and I paid 70 bucks for something that looked like it was worth 20! could have gotten a better arrangement from Kroger, and then when I called to complain I got stuck waiting on hold for some call center. Once I finally got someone on the phone they refused to let me talk to a manager. Ending result UNSATISFIED. They would't do anything to compensate for there mistake! Theses flowers were for my grandma thank you Wesley Berry for the humiliation! more

Fresh 9/27/2011

I stopped at Kroger on Pontiac Trail on Sunday to pick up flowers, but they didn't look too good, so I continued on my way to Huron Valley Hospital and was Wesley Berry on Haggerty. Their flowers looked fresh, but I decided on a Mum Plant, because it looked so fallish. It was yellow and red and cheered up the room and my friend. more

Happy to see a quality flower shop open on Sunday. It was helpful to me on my way to the hospital. I hate going to the grocery stores for flowers. more

I called to have flowers delivered and I thought that they weren't, but when I called, I found out that they were delivered,they told me the time and who signed for them, my friend just didn't call and thank me. more

Class Act Business 8/21/2011

Even though they delivered my flowers when I requested and they were beautiful, they spelled my name wrong on the card, We all had a good laugh about it. I was a little upset, I called and they apologized and sent me and my friend a discount for our next order. I have to hand it to them, they are a class act business. more

Enjoyed my Visit 8/21/2011

On my way to visit a friend at Huron Valley Hospital I stopped at Wesley Berry Florist on Haggerty. It is a very nice shop, I saw a beautiful orchid plant that I knew my friend would love. I was right, she loved it and we had a great visit, I hope she gets better soon. more

Great Selection of Roses 8/20/2011

My girl loves roses all colors. I never saw so many different colors of roses in one place. They have 20 or more colors. I took a dozen with 12 different colors. She loved them! more

50 roses for 50 years 7/31/2011

My Mom and Dad celebrated their 50th Anniversary this past Friday and I wanted something special for my Mom. I thought maybe Flowers. I stopped at Wesley Berry on Friday morning and the girl who helped me suggested 50 roses. I was shocked that they were in my budget. amd my Mom was so happy with them, it was absolutley worth every penny. more

What an Experience 7/25/2011

I sent flowers to Wisconsin this past week for a Wedding Shower and Wesley Berry assured me it would get there on time. It did and they were so surprised, it was a beautiful keepsake vase, which was perfect. Good experience for me. more

Happy Birthday! 7/15/2011

My first time using this shop and I will always use them when I need flowers. I loved the flowers they sent to my Mom for her Birthday on July 4th. I called on the 3rd and they delivered them for me to my surprise, they arrived on the 4th...I was sure they would be there the 3rd, but I told Jo her birthday was the 4th. WOW, I had no idea there was a shop open on the 4th much less would deliver! more

Premium ordered - cheap crap delivered 6/28/2011

what I ordered and expected was an exotic, full, large arrangement.\r What we received-was quite a different story/...I ordered premium so I paid even more- and expected even more. I expected at least 5 full plants in a large basket. \r Instead we got 3 cheap plants - Not anything exotic - The only thing that matched was the colors. Basket was also much smaller, the whole arrangement looked small and cheap.\r I took pictures and emailed the company - I did not expect a full refund - but something - NO PARTIAL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. The supervisor Wanda, admitted the picture was vastly different, but would not budge to give any refund.\r \r I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.\r \r NO VALUE COMPARED TO COST _ AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION....WHEN YOU CALL LISTEN TO THE PROMPTS _ ONE PROMPT IS FOR COMMENTS ON YOUR ORDER, BIG RED FLAG!!! more

I ordered flowers for my friend's 40th birthday, and they added a balloon. I really appreciated the guy who helped me ans showed me all the diferent flowers......they have a huge flowers room. He was very helpful and took time with me to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting and would be happy. more

Graduation!!!!! 6/2/2011

This is the time of year that EVERYONE I know is graduating! I thought I would be different this year and send flowers to those friends for their party. I called Wesley Berry and arranged 3 different deliveries to 3 friends, they were sooooo patient and very helpful. Each friend will get something different and with a special vase as a keepsafe. The first one recieved hers, waiting to hear from the other 2. more
