I wish I had looked at this rating page before I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's funeral. I liked what I saw, so I ordered. Granted it was not a large order, but it meant a lot to me to have it sent to my friend during this very difficult time. I wanted her to know she was in my thoughts and prayers. Two weeks later while I was talking to her on the phone and I asked her if she had gotten the flowers. She hadn't. Yet, when I checked my credit card bill, BINGO, I was charged for the flowers. After being put on hold for 15 minutes or so, the lady came on and said that my order didn't meet the 50.00 minimum for delivery. No, it didn't; my order was 49.80. No one bothered to contact me and let me know that the flowers were not going to be sent. I would have gladly paid the 20 cents more to meet the minimum requirement for delivery. And to make matters worse, I would have thought my friend was rude because she didn't send out thank yous. What an awful experience. Had I n
