Beautiful 1/31/2011

My new favorite flower shop. It is Beautiful and they have EVERYTHING. Godiva, balloons, plants, stuffed animals, the freshest largest selection of fresh flowers i have found in the area. I thought the prices were reasonable and totally worth it. more

Their customer service is a joke--and they don't care 1/24/2011

I would give this service zero stars if it were possible. Ordering with them has been extremely frustrating. Through their site, I ordered an arrangement with a specific number of flowers,what they call a "premium." But the arrangement that was delivered was significantly smaller?something I would only have known because the recipient sent me a cellphone pic of the flowers. The arrangement that she received was?how can I put it?underwhelming. Almost worse than not receiving the flowers at all.\r \r Since then I have made five phone calls to try to have the matter appropriately addressed and spent over an hour on the phone. Nothing. They claim that the correct arrangement was sent (literally three days later), but it was never received. Now they're telling me, basically, too bad. Our delivery person claims they delivered it, so you're out of luck. \r \r These people absolutely couldn't care less about customer service. The pleasure of sending the flowers has been destroyed. Beautiful 1/14/2011

I found this shop to be very accomdating and professional I needed flowers for 2 occassions, one was a funeral in town and the other was flowers for the holidays. I was so happy that they were able to help me with both orders. I attended the funeral and the flowers were beautiful. I never heard from the out of town people, so I contacted them and they said they were sorry they hadn't called, but they did get the flowers and they were great! Nice to know a place i can trust. more

Floral arrangement 1/4/2011

Placed an order for a funeral based on the picture on their website. On the day of the funeral I was expecting a large bouquet which appeared beautiful on the website. The arrangement was embarrassing due to the size and the amount I had paid. I could have gotten a better arrangement at grocery store. I called them and even sent them a picture of the MESS!! All they wanted to do was give me a $30 credit. What a joke, wished I would have read ALL of their reviews. Disputing charge with credit card company and calling BBB.. The floral arrangement was probably worth $20. more

Horrible service - stay away 12/28/2010

Just terrible. Ordered flowers for Christmas to a city they had on their list for shipments. Christmas Eve came a notice stating they couldn't deliver until after Christmas, but there'd be a letter of apology and an upgrade (I paid for the premium arrangement -- not sure what an upgrade could include). December 27th came a note stating the order would be delivered that day. December 28th came a notice stating delivery would not be possible, and that they'd credit my Visa. PLEASE TELL ME WHY ANYONE WOULD WANT TO ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE????? more

Don't EVER EVER use Wesley Berry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12/22/2010

I wish I had gone with another company!!! I specifically asked for same day service and was PROMISED it! Much later in the day I received an email saying the flowers would be delivered the NEXT day! I called them back immediately and their customer service sucked to say the least, she just took my name and number and said someone would call me right away, they never did. I called the next morning and again, they weren't concerned AT ALL! Finally they said the flowers would be delivered between 2:00 and 5:00...they didn't get there until almost 6:00!!!!!!!! I also asked for a certain type of flower in the arrangement and it didn't have ANY of them in it! They also screwed up the card BIG TIME! I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again! For the amount of money I paid, things should have gone A LOT better than they did, THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Do not order from Wesley Berry !!!!!! 12/18/2010

Cant tell you how embarassed I was !!!!!\r \r Do not order from this company. I placed an order from them yes they were delivered to the proper place and time but however I was totally decieved, for 87.00 I recieved small, not opened blooms, and brown tips on the smallest carnations imaginable. I asked to be sure please this is a very dear friend of mine, I would like to send a nice floral arrangement due to her mothers passing. I contacted them by phone all they could tell me was the order was filled by a sister company. ( well let me tell you, you best fire that sister company.) They could fix this problem by sending my dear friend the exact same arangement to her home. Please who wants two of this product, I already have to deal with one. I asked if they could send her something to her home different from the funeral home, to my suprise the answer was no. I emailed customer realtions and yet to hear back.. \r Dawn \r Troy Mi. more

SCAM!!! 12/14/2010

SCAM!!! I put my order in at noon, saying I needed it delivered today. I was told in a couple hours it would be. At 3 I called to see status, and was then told they wouldn't be delivered today. when I asked to speak to a manager, she tried to talk me out of it, saying she could talk to the person that took my order. When I pressed the fact I wanted a manager, I was hung up on. When calling back, I talked to the person that took my order, again I was put on hold and hung up on. After a 3rd call, I had to play 20 questions before the manager would talk to me. After an hour of their games, I was told there was nothing they could do, except promise delivery in the morning, and offer a $30 GC. When I said no way I ordering from them again, still didn't offer anything else. When I asked if that could be put towards this order, I was told no. After reading the complains on here, I checked my bank account, and found out they charged me 1.5 times what I was told on the phone. DO NOT USE THEM. B more

Do not use 12/11/2010

3 days after they were supposed to be delivered and 3 phone calls and all they said was "oops sorry" They did not even bother calling me or the person to receive the flowers. The costumer service was also equally messed up all I was wanting was an apology but they kept covering it up till I asked for them to admit mistake. Their was no attempt to satisfy my needs at all. They were unethical and impersonal and oblivious to the fact of what their products are used for and the personal meaning and message behind sending flowers. It's just wrong. more

Scam or just a credit card payment acceptance service 11/27/2010

DO NOT USE WESLEY BERRY FLORIST.\r (no stars actually)\r \r They are either a scam or provide the worst service ever, i.e., no service other than processing your credit card payment. Regardless, if you want flowers delivered (late or ever), a reliable company that can confirm delivery and doesn't lie*, DO NOT USE WESLEY BERRY FLORIST.\r \r I placed an order for my friend with cancer who went into surgery on November 12, 2010. Today is November 27, 2010 and WESLEY BERRY FLORIST, who happily took my money on November 15th first lied and sent me an email that the flowers were successfully delivered on Nov. 23 (no date or time mentioned). I emailed them back requesting delivery information. Then when I got another email on November 26th, stating successful delivery, I called. They told me they delivered them on Nov. 26 (that day). I asked them to email the date, time and location of delivery. They told me that was proprietary information. I finally broke down, and as tasteless as it was, called more

WOW what great service! This shop did my wedding flowers on Sweetest Day when I could find a flower shop that would even talk to me. They did! They did a beautiful job with the flowers and made my Wedding day very special. Thanks, I will always use them and send my friends too! more

Great Job 9/15/2010

I really can't say enough about this shop, I called after hours and the person I spoke with was very helpful, he explained to me different types of arrangements and what kind of flowers were in it and when I requested to know when they were delivered, he said that would be know problem. The best thing is they did it and I was shocked, but very pleased. Oh, and the flowers were beautiful and my mom said they lasted a long time. Great Job more

I was searching for a company to deliver flowers to Northern Ontario, saw Wesley Berry Flowers pop up on the search engine, clicked on it. They show beautiful arrangements on the website and I was excited that they could deliver to Northern Ontario but surprised to learn that they were located in USA.\r \r I placed my 2 orders online. I called the company right after to verify the orders. They advised me that it wasn't processed because my card was declined. I was surprised so phone my MC company and they advised me that each order were charged twice. I cleared that up and phoned back Wesley Berry, the rep went through it all again and confirmed that my order was placed.\r \r To doublecheck I called WesleyBerry around 5pm I was told to leave my name and number and a supervisor would contact me.\r \r At 6pm after receiving no call, I phoned again. I was told that due to the delays in the morning with my card, that my order did not get out on time. I told the rep that that issue was cleared in more

Saved my Wedding 8/23/2010

Called this shop for wedding flowers. THe florist I ordered from did not show up. I called Wesley Berry and they wre there within 1 hour with flowers. They saved my very important day. I will always use them and reccommend too! more
