Wesley Berry, what can I say, there are many words to describe this company but all of them would be too offensive for me to write here. I am from London England and ordered some flowers, chocolates and balloons for a friend of mine in California for her birthday, I ordered them the day before online giving them well over 24 hours to get it sorted and delivered, my only stipulation was that they had to arrive before 4pm local time. At 2:30pm local time, when my friend hadnt text me to thank for the flowers (which was 1030PM UK time) i called Wesley to ask what was going on and was told that they were on their way and would get there before 4 pm. At 3:45 local time (11:45pm UK time) i called back to again ask where the flowers were, after the girl i spoke to became offended when i told her it wouldnt happen like this in the UK, she went off to call the local company who said they werent sending the flowers because their printer didnt work, they hadnt told anyone, the girl told me thi
