I ordered a gigantic arrangment from wesley beerys flowers 4 days ago for my dieing grandmother and she still has not recieved them! A GIGANTIC ARRANGMENT FOR MY DIEING GRANDMOTHER 4 DAYS AGO! Customer Friendly 4/5/2011

I found this to be the better of all the florist in the area. The prices were within my budget and it is located on a main street but with an ample parking lot. At first I thought the bright colors on the building would be a bad sign. NOT. The shop is customer friendly and I found just what I was looking for. Absolutely will use again more

What a great experience I had when I stopped in at this shop, it was a little difficult to see on Haggerty, fortuanelty the trafice moves slowly there, it is asw beautiful on the outside as the inside. I picked up some fresh flowersfrom their huge selection and while I was looking at all the other merchandise they have, discovered they are able to deliver all over the WORLD! I took one of their cards, and will call them for Mothers Day. more

Something Very Special 3/21/2011

I forgot my granddaughter's birthday and she lives in Florida! When I called, the girl on the phone was very understanding that I needed a delviery of something very special that very day. This girl was amazing, she suggested a stuffed animal with balloons. My delivery was made and KiKi was so happy with the unicorn that was delivered to her with 4 balloons (her age)! more

THis morning a coworker left work because her father is very ill and he took a turn for the worse. We felt very bad and wanted to do something for her and her family. I called and had a food basket sent to her at the hospice center. They deleverd it right away. I mean with in 2hours. Thank you. more

Don't bother. 2/23/2011

Booo. I was disappointed, simply because the advertising was false. What you see is NOT what you will get! By the time the internet providers, the call centre technicians, and everyone else takes their cut, it was IMPOSSIBLE for their local 'sister shop' to deliver a bouquet that remotely resembled the beauty I saw online. Next time I will cut out the middle men and order directly from a local florist. more

Run Away 2/22/2011

I am a happy person. I hate confrontation. I went into this experience assuming the best. Ordered flowers for anniversary around noon. They did not place my order until the end of the business day. Consequently flowers were delivered nearly 2 days late and dying from heat exposure. The real upset comes when you cannot contact Wesley Berry directly. They took money from my account and would not return it or answer my calls or emails. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with my bank and Better Business Bureau that they agreed to refund my purchase. I'm still awaiting that transaction. Run away from Wesley Berry. Run like hell! more

Will use again 2/21/2011

My experience was good they seem friendly and the employees were helpful. I had no idea what I wanted for a friend of mine getting married and a dinner I was invited to. I was able to pick the flowers out of the refrigerator and they put it together for me while I waited. Not Bad. Next time I will use them again. more

Funeral flowers on Valentines Day 2/17/2011

They helped me on Valentines Day when I called and needed funeral flowers for that day for a friend of mine. At first I was told they couldn't promise anything, but when they heard it was for a funeral home they said the would make it a priority. I went to funeral home that evening around 7pm not reaslly sure if the flowers i ordered would be there. To my surprise, they were just being deleiverd when I walked in, to me that was wonderful and i will go to them again. more

JUST SAY NO 2/15/2011

does the term "bumbling incompetence" mean anything to anyone else? i ordered online valentines flowers four days prior to the date. my bank account was promptly debited for the purchase, but nothing was delivered and no communication received to indicate that there was any problem. never again ever would i have anything to do with this sorry business except to give them a bit of free advertising of the worst kind. more

Last minute me. I stopped to get a Valentine present today and the place was packed with customers getting roses. That is what I purchased, but I also picked up GODIVA candy. Although they were very busy, they were very nice and helpful. more

Terrible! 2/14/2011

This company is absolutely at the lowest level of customer service and professionalism I have ever encountered. After not applying a discount that I was assured would be applied to my bill I had to cancel my order. Did they actually cancel it? No, absolutely not. Apparently is was my responsibility to call them back to confirm the cancellation, even though I was told it was indeed canceled. Don't order from here. more

Expensive and no cancellation 2/11/2011

I am not sure how they get the A+ in BBB. Anyway, they are much more expensive than ProFlowers and the worst thing is you cannot cancel the order, even 10 days before the delivery date. It seems like customer satisfaction concept does not apply for Wesley Berry Flowers. In a result, they just lost a customer and even more because I will make sure that all of my friends know about this and shop somewhere else. more

False Advertising 2/7/2011

Their web site said they would deliver on Sunday and I made my order because of this. "Same day delivery". On Monday I called the person I had sent them to and they had not been received. I had to call Wesley who then said, "oh sorry we missed that we will put a note that you are sorry we did not get this delivered. I had to go back and confirm their site... I don?t think I have ever done a review for service or been so frustrated. \r \r Order Confirmation #: 34432 more
