The tech arrived in 90 min, found the same fault as another HVAC company. The tech was fine. However, they are lousy with the estimate process. Basically, was never told when Gary was coming, no one was home so no estimate was done. Called, talked to Lori, made a new appointment, asked to have them call prior, received a call the evening before the appointment confirming the appointment, now today was told the estimate was completed already. Asked for the estimate but they were not sure of where the estimate is exactly.

Not sure of where the communication error started, but our dispatch board shows we set an appointment the next day for the estimate at 10:30 am. Our comfort advisor arrived at the house at 10:30 and no on one was there. At some point Mrs. Mutschelknaus called back to make another appointment but wouldn’t set up a time with both her and Mr. Mutschelknaus and told us to forget about it. We have appointment times mornings, afternoon or evening times, nights or weekend to make it easy for both home owners to be involved in this important decision. We have about 15 different choices to choose from and want to make sure everybody is happy with the decision they made. This is also important because we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
