excellent experience twice 3/2/2018

My furnace went out in the night and I awoke to a very cold home. I called Vigil and Smith and a very kind man met me at my home on my lunch hour. A part was broken and they had to order it for Monday. He was able to rig the heater so it would work over the weekend, and I was very grateful because we were in the middle of extremely low temperature. He returned and fixed it permanently as soon as the part came in. They are very professional, and kind servicemen. I will always use Vigil and Smith. more

THE INSTALLATION PERSONNEL WERE GREAT. WORKED STEADY ,CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES,AND WERE PROFESSIONAL. 2/17/2018

THE ONLY NEGITIVE THING I HAVE IS AFTER I DECIDED THAT THE EXPENSE OF THE HVAC WASN'T SOMETHING I COULD AFFORD AND I CANCELED THAT PORTION OF THE WORK. I EXPECTED THAT A NEW WORK ORDER WOULD BE FORTHCOMING. THAT HASN'T HAPPENED YET.THE OFFICE HAS PROMISED TO SUPPLY THE PAPERWORK. more

Outstanding 1/23/2018

Called because my heater quit working at the beginning of the month. The 1st technician came out explained everything in detail. Advised me that instead of sinking money into the old heater see if I could get it replaced through LEAP. Waited for ever it felt like for the State to say yes. The 2nd technicians came out and installed new heater. Thank you for everything you have done. Love the new heater. more

Overall, Happy With The Service. 1/18/2018

We have been doing business with Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and Air ever since they originally installed our heating and cooling unit. They have provided us with excellent customer service on the job site but we did have some issues with them at the office. Most recently we were having issues with the system so we gave them a call, the technician performed an inspection and determined that one of our valves was malfunctioning. He provided us with a solution and a cost for that solution. Everything went very smoothly and things are running great again. I would definitely recommend their services. more

Service t was very good. However I need a printed receipt 1/2/2018

I appreciate all the technical equipment except for a lack of receipt. My computer and printer does not work to print one. Would like to have a receipt mailed to me ASAP. Thank you and plan to call this fall as well as 3 family members to ask for Tom for fall service!! more

Great Service, High Prices. 1/2/2018

I have worked with Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and A/C on multiple occasions but I frequently have to use other HVAC companies because their prices are really high. Their pricing is really the only complaint that I have against them, other than that they do great work and have plenty of experience in the field. they recently serviced my heating unit and determined that I needed a new heat pump. The installation went very smoothly and everything is working great. I would recommend them if you're willing to pay a little more for great service. more

Just got back home from my new grand baby being born. Walked in the house furnace was blowing cold air and would not turn off. Mark found there was cat hair clogging the system I've only lived here a month in this new house and the previous owner had cats I can't believe that much cat hair would stop a furnace I changed the filter and everything then I had to call cuz I couldn't figure anything else out Mark walked in took it apart found the problem repaired it I had heat and he left. Wonderful person easy to talk to explain things I'm as why it was not working showed me. All the cat hair he dug out of it I'm just thankful you guys are here I will recommend this company to everybody and believe me I I know a lot of people after being retired from 30 years from the federal government I have lots of friends I have already told him about your company you are trustworthy honest and knowledgeable a big thanks to mark and you guys have a good day and I will stay warm. more

I switched to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for both my own property as well as two rentals. Service is much superior to the service used previously. Based on this experience, One Hour Heating and Air Condiitioning has earned my unqualified recommendation. more
