Overall the experience was good. 2/20/2017

It was strange that the technician did not realize that our high efficiency unit required a condensate pump. We do not have one and didn't know we needed one until we consulted a certified Inertherm representative who informed us that our model required one for optimal performance. Further, or more recent knowledge of high efficiency heating units, and the local codes associated with these types of units might be warranted. more

Tech were great. 2/17/2017

This is my third response and it is the same, I got a royal screwing on a new hot water tank. $800 for installation, very dissatisfied. Unlikely to use Vigil again. more

Great service 1/11/2017

Any time a persons heater goes out its a dreadful time however as soon as the call was placed we were assured the tech would be out before 1 as it turned out he called us at 11 AM and roads were sniw covered so as roads allowed he made it out to us and the repair was made as he was finishing up he explained what was done. I have never been more pleased with a service call more

Very professional tech 1/7/2017

As i let the tech work the tech was very helpful he explained everything he did when he was finished and he also went one step above by wearing shoe coverings that he supplied as to not track in snow and debris from outside i have and i will continue to recommend Vigils for any and all heat and cooling needs. more

Maurio, was the best, last time we use an out of town company! we found out we haven't had a filter in our furnace that was installed 2 yrs ago by out of towners, lesson learned. more

Problem was solved. 12/3/2016

After the new water heater was installed I noticed it was leaking all over and was dented in half way around. I was very disappointed first that this brand new heater was leaking and that the installers left without telling me it was damaged. I made a call first thing in the morning explained the problem, I had another new one installed that afternoon. Problem solved. more
