Review content:
Tom was great he explained everything and let me know the company could do anything in the HVAC area for our home when we needed anything! I did have the appt scheduled at 3 because I had other appts that day he called and left a message on my cell phone that he was coming early. I didn't get the message and had to make other plans. All worked out fine, but there might have been a good chance I wasn't home at his convienence and he would have wasted a trip. Be schedule conscious!
