Poor Service, Told to Replace 7 Year Old Furnace 10/23/2018

Was told by technician that our 7 year old furnace needed to be replaced due to rust. Second opinion did not support this. Second opinion also noted that the furnace was filthy, caked with dirt, had not been cleaned in spite of recent visit from technician for which we paid for tune-up. I do not trust this company and would not recommend them. Will not be doing business with them in the future. more

All set for winter. 10/13/2018

Thanks to David, our furnace is completely ready for the cold weather ahead. After tuning up the furnace, he discovered he needed a part that wasn't in his truck, so he brought one out first thing the next morning and quickly installed it. Great service with a smile! more

great service, except for t 10/4/2018

Very good, polite, good manners, pleasant , confident. I did not realize until he left that he failed to turn to turn the heat on to check to see if the heat came on. He did check the boiler and the zone vAlves in the crawl space. THank, V.M. more

Great Service 9/14/2018

Our neighbor recommended One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning when we moved here 4 years ago. We have been delighted with the service we get and will continue to use them in the future. They always give us a window for when they will arrive but they always come at the front end of the window. I never have to sit around all afternoon waiting for them to show up. Mark is the guy who usually comes to our house and he is always very efficient and doesn't try to talk us into things that we don't need or that would be a waste of money. In a few years when we will need to replace our equipment, I have every confidence that they are the people we will use. more

Love the air conditioner 8/21/2018

When your air conditioner breaks down in July it hard to find a bunch of companies waiting for a call. They were all booked up. One Hour was the first one to come to the house and look at the old air conditioner and give a proposal for a new one. It had to be ordered and shipped but is great now to have a cool house The technician certainly knew what he was doing and professional. He is one of the Vigil family. He stuck with it until the work was done. more

wrong part ordered 8/12/2018

Mark Sierra ,the service repairman, went above and beyond what was neccesary. He ordered the correct part , but the wrong part was shipped as a result it took a little longer to get are problem resolved. He went out of his way to solve the problem. more

Review explains it all 8/10/2018

In May 2017 we paid $ 2500,00 for a new water heater which we were told was of a size hard to find and sump pump. I later saw the same size much cheaper at Lowes. We were told the pump would protect the heater. Now a year later the float on the pump became stuck and flooded the heater. David did an outstanding job of starting it to heat again but also warned us of some parts we will need to replace sometime due to the damage that float caused.No warranty ??????? more

A/C unit not cleaned 7/23/2018

On June 13, 18 a service was done on my A/C unit. I Robert was not present but my wife Elaine was. On the invoice states unit was opened and inspected and cleaned. I opened the unit on the 14th because it still felt warm on all four sides and found unit dirty. My wife Elaine states the tech just sprayed water between the vents. I have photos to verify this. I called One hour and complained they needed to come back to clean the unit. One Hour said some one will call me back shortly and they would send a tech back. There was no call back or service tech ever showed. I ended up cleaning my own A/C unit which I paid this company to do so. I also had this company install my heater and A/C unit a few years ago and this is what I get, poor service. more

Was here on time, knew how to diagnosis the problem and fix the problem. Took the time to check overall condition of the A/C unit. Did some preventative service. Very pleasant experience. more
