Outstanding Service 5/31/2018

Only heating/ac company that could show up without a week + wait. Showed up same day. Isolated problem within minutes and repaired. Service was so good I purchased their annual service plan. Would not consider letting another company look at my heating/ac systems now. They have a die-hard customer now and I would recommend them to everyone! more

The service was excellent. the service provider offered me a discount of $99.00 from the $120.00 he was originally going to charge me. He said he was applying a coupon. It was awesome. A day later I looked at a coupon book that was on my counter and it had a coupon for $89.00. Thought that was disappointing that they didn't offer me that discount. more

Mark was very professional and explained everything to me about the AC unit and the replacement parts that were needed and why he also showed me what they weren’t and what they did for the AC and replaced them I would definitely recommend and use this company again thanks more

No problems at all. The techs were fast and clean . Prices were ok. Service remains to be seen but I don't foresee any issues.stay away from Patterson, they are ridiculously priced. Vigil was $7800 for a new heat and a.c. system. Nothing fancy. Patterson wanted over $14,000 for the same thing. more

Someone was at our house quickly and our heater was fixed within an hour! I thought it might take some time because it’s an older heater but they had the part and fixed it sooner then we expected! more

RE: Vigil and Smith’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a rip off company!!! 3/9/2018

Rep came in and did an analysis of our furnace because it wasn’t blowing hot air and quoted me $887 for an infuser! which basically costs $174 for the part and rest was $713 for labor that basically only takes half an hour to install!!! The Rep then tried telling me that my furnace was old and that I needed a new furnace which would cost between $4,000-$5000. Definately not cost effective like this company falsely markets itself. So, I hired a different company and they did the job of replacing my infuser including labor for $280!!! My furnace is working amazing so Vigil and smith one hour heating and air conditioning business practices is a complete ripoff!!! I highly recommend staying away from this company, there are many more ethical and honest heating and air conditioning company’s out there than this one. more
