Review content:
We contacted One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to replacing our 14 year old Trane furnace with a new Lennox furnace and install central air (thus ridding us of the swamp cooler) using Lennox as well. Gary came out to give us a quote and I don't believe he could have been more informative as to what we needed and what the job would entail. When They came out to install the furnace and AC, the workers were extremely professional, very polite, and punctual. The workers ensured that we were informed as to their progress and were quite tolerant as I have a tendency to be right in the middle of everything. I believe that with any job of this caliber, there will always be some obstacles to overcome, as was the case with this installation. The workers informed us of the obstacle and ensured that we were involved with and agreeable as to the solution. The obstacle was very minor in my opinion but they seemed to care enough about their work to ensure our compliance. When they left the house, it was as clean as when they first arrived and this was a very dirty job. Highly recommend to all; Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
