Review content:
In May 2017 we paid $ 2500,00 for a new water heater which we were told was of a size hard to find and sump pump. I later saw the same size much cheaper at Lowes.
We were told the pump would protect the heater. Now a year later the float on the pump became stuck and flooded the heater. David did an outstanding job of starting it to heat again but also warned us of some parts we will need to replace sometime due to the damage that float caused.No warranty ???????
