On June 13, 18 a service was done on my A/C unit. I Robert was not present but my wife Elaine was. On the invoice states unit was opened and inspected and cleaned. I opened the unit on the 14th because it still felt warm on all four sides and found unit dirty. My wife Elaine states the tech just sprayed water between the vents. I have photos to verify this. I called One hour and complained they needed to come back to clean the unit. One Hour said some one will call me back shortly and they would send a tech back. There was no call back or service tech ever showed. I ended up cleaning my own A/C unit which I paid this company to do so. I also had this company install my heater and A/C unit a few years ago and this is what I get, poor service.
