My air-conditioning and heating unit was working fine but it did not do what I had thought I programmed it to do. I spoke to Kyle several times but together we couldn't figure out what was happening. He said he would send out a technician at no charge to diagnose the problem. Beshoy was wonderful. He took the time to explain how both thermostats worked together. My initial understanding of the system was incorrect or I had forgotten how it worked. It is now running well and there was no charge.
