Mike P helped us with our HVAC system replacement. We quoted a few different HVAC contractors but the decision for us was easy. Instead of bombarding us with a bunch of fake 'discounts' and over promising, Mike gave us a good price while giving us realistic expectations. Furthermore, Mike's experience as a former HVAC tech himself, he was able to determine issues with the system set up that others had missed. Thanks to Mike we not only got a hassle free fair price, we avoided pitfalls in the system that would have been costly in the future. Dennis has got to be the most competent oil burner technician in the country. He can spot a problem/issue as soon as he walks in the door and knows exactly how to remedy it. A no nonsense guy that gets the job done quickly and efficiently, answers questions in a way anyone can understand and treats a person with respect while doing so. Hope to get him again in Spring for the a/c tune up. more

We had Unique install 4 mini splits with hyper heat. They did an excellent job. Sam and Val worked quickly but carefully and neatly, answered all my questions, kept me informed on progress. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the technicians and Unique to anyone. more

5 stars (was not able to click on stars - was blocked by text) Quy and Patrick were phenomenal. They arrived on time every day, were courteous and checked with me every step of the way. They cleaned up every night and left the house in great shape. This was an install of a high velocity system and 2 Mitsubishi wall units for an old (1890) house that never had central air. I was especially impressed that they were so committed to the job that they asked if they could work on a Saturday. Once the job was finished, they took me on a walk around the house and pointed out everything done in each room. Highly recommend for conscientious, quality workmanship. more

Our recent experience with Unique Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling with the installation of three new HVAC systems at our home was outstanding. We selected our HVAC Carrier units through the exceptional expertise and professionalism of Matt Lafferty who provided detailed information about our HVAC options in an organized and understandable manner. Matt did an incredible job of skillfully and patiently answering our questions, including our follow-up inquiries via text and phone. Unique Indoor Comfort representatives Ricky and Estefano who installed our HVAC systems did a terrific job and were very efficient, polite, punctual and knowledgeable about the new equipment. They both worked diligently, kept us updated during every step of the three-day install, and carefully explained the proper operation of our new HVAC systems upon the project’s completion. Ricky and Estefano provided an A+++ installation experience. All of the Unique Indoor Comfort representatives who entered our home wore protective safety gear in light of current COVID-19 concerns. Upon completion of the project, we contacted Unique Indoor Comfort for assistance with filing PECO rebate claims and were impressed with the enthusiastic and proficient assistance of Joy and Susan. Dennis arrived very early in the window we had been provided, with his mask on, and he was absolutely straightforward about our situation with our High Velocity AC. He did a good diagnosis about the NEXT WORK, more involved, that had to be done, and he took care of the immediate under-functioning of one of our units by adding refrigerant. He did all this in full sun, on the southern side of the house, on a pretty hot day. Thanks, Dennis! more
