Rico and Tim came out to our house to install a mini split unit on a Saturday. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took care to lay down tarps and cover our furniture before starting the job and cleaned up completely when they were finished. It was great having them work on our house and we love the Mitsubishi unit they installed. Prior to them working our house, we met with Paul from Unique and he was also great. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to recommend what he thought would work best for our house, which ended up being less then we initially anticipated. We are very pleased with the customer service and product provided by the Unique team and would highly recommend them.
