WOW! What an EXPERIENCE! IN BUSINESS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ACCOMPLISH TWO THINGS : (1) KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING , (2) DO IT WITH A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. BOTH WERE BEAUTIFULLY PERFORMED. WENDY, ANGEL, AND THE TECHNICIAN THAT LOOKED AT MY TRUCK WERE INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONSIDERATE DURING A VERY TROUBLING TIME FOR MYSELF. I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND MY TRUCK IS MY LIVELYHOOD. EVERYDAY I DON'T HAVE MY TRUCK I LOSE ALOT OF MONEY. AFTER LISTENING TO WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY ON THE PHONE, I HAD THEM TOW MY TRUCK TO THEIR SHOP. THEY SEEMED TO BE GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING MY TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD FOR ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO I DID NOT LOSE ANY BUSINESS. I LIKED THAT. THEY CHECKED IT OUT FOR FREE AND DIAGNOSED IT AND I ASKED THEM TO GO AHEAD WITH THE REPAIRS. WENDY PUT MY MIND AT EASE ANS ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE. NOT ONLY WAS EVERYTHING FINE, BUT THEY EVEN EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! THEY BEAT THE TIME FRAME I INSISTED ON AND EVEN OFFERED TO COME BACK AFTER HOURS FOR PICK UP OF MY VEHICLE IF NEED BE. AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF, I KNOW IN BUSINESS "CUSTOMER CARE" IS NOT JUST A CATCH, BUT MUST BE A WAY OF LIFE FOR A BUSINESS. EACH OF THEM TRULY DISPLAYED A CARING ATTITUDE. VERY IMPRESSIVE! I WILL NOT HESITATE TO SEND FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO TRANSMISSION CORPORATION OF AMERICA. I THANK WENDY AND ANGEL FOR DOING YOUR BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY! THEY ARE TRULY HERE FOR THE CUSTOMERS, NOT THE PROFIT.
