Angel and Wendy are tremendous assetts to Transmission Corporation of America. These ladies did an amazing job of gaining my confidence in their business and keeping me informed throughout the process of analyzing the source of my transmission trouble and making the necessary repairs. They were very capable in explaining the results of the diagnostics and mechanical inspection of my 1996 Ford F150 2WD truck, of explaining options of making the necessary repairs, and offering optional upgrades i had asked them to check into to make my truck stronger. In a time when good customer service is difficult to find, they exceeded my expectations. My old truck didn't make it easy for them, but they patiently took those challenges in stride, and made me feel like I was their most important customer. Now my truck shifts and upshifts with ease. It must not have been shifting right for a long time because now it smoothly shifts through gears that I didn't know existed, when taking off from a stop. Thanks Transmission Corporation of America!!!!
