This shop received my vehicle a week ago. It is under warranty, so I am having to deal with the warranty center. They had told me that the transmission needed pulled out of my vehicle to open it and look--except that I knew it did not need pulled out. After informing them of this, they changed their tune and figured out how to do it by only removing the transmission PAN. That's a difference of $400 in labor charges. I would have gotten taken to the cleaners if I knew less about cars, and hadn't researched my problem on the internet. BEWARE! It is also difficult to get timely service.
