I was traveling to Nashville, Tn. and my car broke down in Knoxville. It was towed to somewhere that was just a repair shop so they recommended me to Transmission Corporation of America on Clinton Hwy. They specialize in transmission repair and would even tow the car to their shop for free. The first shop called Angel at Transmission Corporation of America and she took care of everything for us. She towed it, sent someone to come and get us at the other shop, and took us to get a rental car. It took a day and a half to repair our car and we were back on our way to Nashville. She even came to get us at the rental car place to pick us up when we had to take the rental back. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Angel went far beyond my expectations and is certainly recognized for her dedication and professionalism. We thank Transmission Corporation of America from the bottom of our hearts and will DEFINETLY recommend them to anyone looking for repair work. Thanks again guys.
