My experience was probably one of the best of purchasing a car here. The ""guy in the back room"" came right out and talked, so there wasn't much going back and forth. The finance lady I signed with was fantastic, helpful and even gave me some gifts. haha. more

Really enjoyed my experience with Ryan, and ended up getting an excellent price and most importantly, a salesperson with utmost integrity. When the scumbags at Royal Moore wouldn't release a car for trade with whom I'd agreed on a sale with Ryan, he even told me I could just buy the car from the Royal Moore vermin. I appreciate the sport of negotiating. But more importantly, I need to be doing so with someone of great integrity. That was Ryan; he went out of his way to get me a car that I wanted (again, made necessary by unethical folks at Royal Moore), and did not try to play games. At Gladstone, they try to sell you things and try to get the best deal they can for themselves, but were very un-pushy. If I said I wasn't really interested, they gave me my space. more

It worked. Over the past 4-5 years, I have met and worked with many of the staff at Toyota of Gladstone, from the General Manager to the Service Department. All have made me feel very welcome and have worked very hard to make sure I get what I want and need. They are my trusted advisors, as well as sales/service staff. This recent visit was basically an inquiry, as I didn't think it was possible to make a purchase at this time, but they located the perfect car and did everything in their power to make it come together. It worked!! We felt it was a miracle! more

Before going to the dealership, my husband did a lot of research on the ratings and reliability of many different makes/models of vehicles. We are replacing our old Ford F150 4x4 and are very active in outdoor type activities, so needed something durable and reliable. The two vehicles we felt would best fit our needs would either be the Tacoma or Highlander. Jeremy was the first to greet us after we started scouting out the cars on the dealership lot on our own. When he was called away to take an important phone call, he promptly introduced us to Ron. Ron was awesome and took his time answering our questions and showing us the features on the vehicles. more

We initially contacted Gladstone Toyota to get a internet price on a Camry Hybrid. Patrick called us within one hour and he gave us a quote on a car. By the time we were ready to go in, we had seen an ad at another dealer advertising a lower sale price. We again contacted Patrick and he told us to come in and that his manager said he could match the price. When we arrived Patrick met us at the door and showed us a selection of available cars. After giving us a very detailed orientation of the car we took it for a test drive. We then went into the showroom and filled out the offer sheet with the exact price we had discussed on the phone. The offer was accepted with no problem. This was one of our easiest car purchases ever. Patrick made the whole purchase experience very enjoyable. This is our second new car purchase from Gladstone Toyota and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting great customer service and prices. Make sure you ask for Patrick more

My 1986 Celica has enjoyed 25+ years of life due to the expert care that Jenny and her team have given my car. Recently Jenny gave me the dreaded news I knew would be coming one day, and that was the engine was drinking oil and the fix would be extensive and cost more than the car was now currently worth. She shared with me about the current specials the car dealership was offering. I had to think long and hard about it, but I knew she was right. So I started test driving new cars and ended up purchasing a new RAVA4. I want to thank Jenny and recognize her for being so candid with me. As a result I am a proud owner of another Toyota. more

My initial contact of Seth Dustin was by phone. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, seemed to genuinely care about my needs. Face-to-face contact was again very positive. In fact all the staff that I came in contact with were very polite, respectful and relaxed, which served to make me feel more relaxed. Seth was very thorough in explaining the workings of the Venza and assured me I could contact him at any time if I had additional questions. The whole buying procedure was quite pleasant. more

I recently purchased a 2012 Highlander from Sean Overton with his assoicate Khan. He did such a great job. I was going to go to my local toyota dealer but i decided to give them a try after Sean talked with me through phone. He worked very transparent and detailed to let me know exactly the numbers on the Highlander. Also he worked very hard to get me a good trade in value for my old car. So i went down there. Sean was honest and very friendly to handle our case postively. He got me a good deal with excellent after sale service promise. It truely is an excellent expirience to buy a car from you Sean. It is very easy to get our car services at Gladstone Toyota. Jenny Rhodes is an excellent service person. She answers all our questions and always lets us know the best time to bring our car in for service. If our coupon is about to expire and they are out of appointments, Jenny will honor our coupon when we come in for the first available appointment. We have had very good care at Gladstone Toyota and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota or needing service on their Toyota. more
