Very friendly greeting and promise upfront, but when it came to follow through - there was none. They ordered me a simple part (rear window wiper), and promised in one week, two at most. After a week I called. No, part not yet in but I will be first to know when it is. I waited then over 4 weeks. My sales person had left on vacation. Her replacement searched files and found it still not in. Did not understand why it was not there or what to do, but just said keep calling us. I have better things to do with my time!
