We initially contacted Gladstone Toyota to get a internet price on a Camry Hybrid. Patrick called us within one hour and he gave us a quote on a car. By the time we were ready to go in, we had seen an ad at another dealer advertising a lower sale price. We again contacted Patrick and he told us to come in and that his manager said he could match the price. When we arrived Patrick met us at the door and showed us a selection of available cars. After giving us a very detailed orientation of the car we took it for a test drive. We then went into the showroom and filled out the offer sheet with the exact price we had discussed on the phone. The offer was accepted with no problem. This was one of our easiest car purchases ever. Patrick made the whole purchase experience very enjoyable. This is our second new car purchase from Gladstone Toyota and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting great customer service and prices. Make sure you ask for Patrick
