We got you follow-up phone call last Friday. I have been to the dealership 3 times since we purchased the car and planned to stop by and say hello but you were either not there or busy. Yes we are enjoying the new Corolla a lot or should I say Becky is enjoying it a lot as she is driving it all the time. She deserves the new one since she drove the older corolla for 4 years. Becky likes the sun roof and I like the GPS. We talked about getting the GPS for the Tundra; but, parts said it would cost $2K so that idea is out. Peggy just finished setting up the schedule for service for the next year, I picked up the belt extensions and also purchased wheel locks. I would like to thank you again for making our new car buying so easy and enjoyable and the best experience we have experienced buying a car. Have a great day. more

fabulous deal 8/3/2011

My husband and I were out looking for a new car. We had been to several dealerships up and down McLoughlin BLVD but just didn't care for what we were seeing or test driving (Honda,Chevrolet,Hyundai,Mitsubishi,Chrysler). When we got to Gladstone Toyota, Moe greeted us in a very friendly, polite, none pushy manner. He has a great up beat energy. After Moe introduced us to the 2010 Toyota Venza, then test driving it, we fell in love with the car. Both my husband and I got really excited about the car...first one of the day. I was not excited to buy a new car because of how pushy the sales reps. can be. Both Moe and Josh really listened to what we were saying about how we were on a very tight budget. They both put forth special effort to make us a fabulous deal. Moe was so friendly...and extremely knowledgeable when it came to looking at the cars. Even went through how many air bags were on the Venza and how, if ever in a head on collision, the front of the car would bow out, not cave in and the engine would drop under the car not into the driver and passenger....very impressed. We bought the 2010 Toyota Venza and love the car. After being a ""Van mom"" for 18 years it is a welcomed change. After we bought the car, Moe gave us a tour of the dealership showing us the restrooms, service area and how the service area works. He told us that if we ever needed our car worked on and it took longer then then a simple wait,we would be given a rental car at no charge to us. The dealership is very clean and orderly. We even got to watch the Super Bowl which was great! I will recommend Toyota Gladstone to everyone I know. I could not believe how nice we were treated. I told my husband to pinch me,I think I am dreaming.....of course to knew better not to ;). Thank you Moe and Josh... I had bought a car here at toyota of gladstone and decided the first time was a good experience so why not return for another one? So I decided to call Duy Dang to help me. The first phone call I made I wasn't so sure if he remembered who I was since it had been more than 2 years since I had bought my first car there. Surprisingly he remembered exactly who I was and what car I had boughten. Their customer service is beyond excellent, but there is no word for me to express how excellent Duy Dang was. He was beyond excellent. The day I called him to see if I would be able to get another car was the day I went up there and bought my car! That was how fast and prompt his work was. Very high quality work. He's super friendly and very prompt on answering any questions I had. My overall experience was beyond great and I dont know if I'd ever go to any other dealerships! I can go on and on about Duy Dang and this dealership but it would be super long! I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for friendliness high quality customer service. I had about a million questions for Duy Dang but he did not seem to be bothered and answered every one of my questions thoroughly and even more! Great dealership and awesome dealers! Im super happy with my 2011 Camry SE! more

I would return to Roger 7/22/2011

Roger did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable in my purchase. He and Toyota of Gladstone worked with me to get me the monthly payment that worked best for me. I had the honor to be his first sale and will keep the tie as a reminder. I came in looking for a car for my specific needs and Roger had so much knowledge and helped me find a car that fit my needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I bought, showing me all the basics but also all the specifics for that car. He twice explained how everything worked so I would be comfortable. I noticed a problem with the hubcaps and he immediately worked out the problem so they could be replaced at no cost to me. I would definitely return to Roger at Toyota of Gladstone when I look for a car to purchase next time. more

the most knowledgeable Tundra salesperson I'd met 7/20/2011

After two months of looking at other dealers and private party sales, I stopped in Gladstone Toyota to test drive a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was offered used with the Toyota Certified Warranty. I met Rob B. that afternoon and we test drove the truck. He was the most knowledgeable Tundra salesperson I'd met so far, and told me he had attended the ""Model Release"" event in Texas when the new body style was released in 2007. He had also owned a Tundra so with his knowledge and my research we pretty much were on the same page. I already knew I wanted to buy a Tundra from my research. After the test drive we worked a few scenarios regarding price, things went well, but I was not sure this truck was the one for me. I went home and thought about it and visited 2 other Toyota dealerships for pricing etc. I then thought I would go with NEW truck - the first new vehicle I have ever purchased. I found 2 identical tundras on Gladstone Toyota's website and decided to go check them out. I headed back to Gladstone Toyota. The Floor Manager Joe C. remembered me and basically said, pick any truck on the lot, and its a deal. The numbers he showed me were much better than any other dealer and were in line with the ""internet only"" pricing that I had seen on some 'out of area dealers' During this visit I noticed that they had a TRD Rock Warrior edition truck on their lot, so I got pricing for this truck from Joe and Rob at that time too. I like to think about things so I headed home and ran some numbers. Friday I woke up and decided that I was going to buy the Rock Warrior Tundra. I showed up with a cashiers check and a pre-approved loan for the balance and went to test drive the Rock Warrior Tundra. Four miles later were were back at the showroom. Yes I sort of fell in love after the test drive. When we were working out the deal, everything went smooth. The pricing was printed out for me for me to review, not scribbled on a sheet of paper like other dealers. There were no surprises. The truck headed to the detail shop to get wiped down and it was then moved into the showroom. We headed back to Finance Dept next and went over the warranty and paperwork, and I presented my check and financing. Back at the showroom we went over the features and Rob programed my truck to my phone. I took some pictures and then drove home. Great experience. more

special training specific to Toyotas 7/15/2011

I didn't used to think that a dealership had anything better to offer than any other mechanic for fixing a car. But recently when I had a major problem with my Toyota I had it worked on at the Gladstone Toyota dealership. Jenny explained about the mechanics having special training specific to Toyotas and only using Toyota parts not generics. Jenny is so knowledgabe and I will only be bringing my car to her in the future. Thanks. more

I am a proud owner of another Toyota. 7/15/2011

My 1986 Celica has enjoyed 25+ years of life due to the expert care that Jenny and her team have given my car. Recently Jenny gave me the dreaded news I knew would be coming one day, and that was the engine was drinking oil and the fix would be extensive and cost more than the car was now currently worth. She shared with me about the current specials the car dealership was offering. I had to think long and hard about it, but I knew she was right. So I started test driving new cars and ended up purchasing a new RAVA4. I want to thank Jenny and recognize her for being so candid with me. As a result I am a proud owner of another Toyota. more

They were straight forward 7/13/2011

I took my car here to get an oil change, fix a couple dents, and solve a wiring problem. They were straight forward about what the repairs would cost and they even finished with my car earlier than they quoted me! I was completely amazed! They do cost a bit more than a mom and pop shop, but I definitely noticed the difference in service and speed. I will be going back when I buy a new camry to see if their sales team is anything like their service team. more

Jenny Rhodes is an excellent service person 7/5/2011

It is very easy to get our car services at Gladstone Toyota. Jenny Rhodes is an excellent service person. She answers all our questions and always lets us know the best time to bring our car in for service. If our coupon is about to expire and they are out of appointments, Jenny will honor our coupon when we come in for the first available appointment. We have had very good care at Gladstone Toyota and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota or needing service on their Toyota. more
