I am on my fourth in my lifetime with Toyota 3/23/2011

I can't believe it! You don't see THIS kind of Customer Service these days. Jenny spends time with me so I can understand keeping up the periodic maintenance on my Prius actually saves me money. I trust her so much that when I want to buy a new Prius I would trust only her to sell me a car. One of the reasons I have recommended Jenny in Service at Toyota of Gladsone several times is because she makes it EASY to fit maintenance for my aging car in my busy schedule. A working Mom needs someone that is on your side,knows your budget and keeps me ahead of schedule. I Love Toyota's concept, ""Let us take care of your drive!"" I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I experienced at Toyota of Gladstone. Mr. Dang provided great service and treated us with professionalism. I will recommend him to anyone. more

Excellent Service Department, particular Service Advisor(Peggy M). Typical of most Dealers, service prices on the extremely higher side. Overall my service experience was excellent. Pleasurable experience 3/3/2011

I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I experienced at Toyota of Gladstone. I was put in touch with a sales person by the name of Mr. Duy Dang. I gave Mr. Dang the type and model of the vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Dang contacted me about 25 minutes later and had three vehicles that matched my search criteria. Mr Dang assisted me over the phone and made preparations for me to drive there and purchase the vehicle. I live in California and had to drive well over 12hours to get to this Dealership. I have never been to a Dealership and purchased a new vehicle without spending the day going back and forth with the sales staff. I arrived at Toyota of Gladstone around 8:30 in the morning and was met by Mr. Dang and the Manager Mr. David Elder. This was even before the Dealership was opened for business. I walked on the showroom floor and my vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for my purchase. I went in to the finance area and completed ALL of the financing paperwork in less than one hour!! No hassles, no games. When I came back out to the showroom floor, Duy had made sure my vehicle was detailed and filled my gas tank. Duy and the sales team showed me all of the features that were on my newly purchased vehicle. (This took longer than the financing) When I had completed the indepth in-service training, I was given the keys and drove my new vehicle off the showroom floor. Toyota of Gladstone has brought back an American concept of customer service that is not experienced in other Dealerships. I will NEVER go to another car dealership to buy another vehicle. Duy Dang's attention to detail and customer service dedication is far above the norm. The dealership is managed by Mr. David Elder. Mr. Elder has assembled a true winning team at Toyota of Gladstone! The teamwork and pride demonstrated at this Dealership is an absolute pleasurable experience. more

They are so great!!!!!!!! 3/3/2011

Service is very important to us. Are people put alot of miles on the cars and trucks that we have. Peggy and her Green team does a super job for us. Five years or more I brought in two camrys to be serviced, because I was unhappy with another dealership. Then I added two more camrys. The owner of Emerick Const. wantedto know how the service department was doing. I said they are great!!! So, Emerick purchased more camrys and one Highlander for the owner. We now bring ten cars for service. Two of the camrys has over 188,000 miles do to the great service. I started out with Peggy. Now they have different teams (green, blue, etc). Peggy and her Green Team has done a super job for us!!! Everyone goes out of their way to help you (Service Dept,Service Mgr,Parts,Shuttle service,Sales Dept,etc). Gladstone Toyota is a great place to do business with. Yale Hunter (Warehouse Mgr). more

Great place to buy a car! 12/22/2009

I have purchased alot of cars over the years. I just purcased 2 recently at Toyota of Gladstone. An FJ Cruiser and a Corolla. I have never been treated so well. I got the exact car that I wanted with the extra equipment added that I wanted. The transaction was very easy and it was completed quickly. I am very happy with the FJ. I was looking for the right equipment and they pointed me in the right direction with the off road package. Everyone there was very helpful. Jon did a great and so did the rest of the staff. I was most impressed when my new car was on the showroom floor when I was done signing the papers and everyone was working on wiping it down. I was real impressed. Pros: The service and people are great! Cons: Parking the place is busy. more

I told them what I was looking for, they tracked one down that was still on the boat and got it for me in a few days. The price negotiation was as short as I've had anywhere and you can schedule service on-line. Pros: Easy, straightforward negotiation more

Best Service Department 7/17/2007

i have not dealt with the sales dept. of this dealership, but the service department is the best! even the person on the phone who made the appointment was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. the shop is clean and welcoming. i came to gladstone because another dealership (broadway toyota) was trying to swindle me- they said that my engine was shot and i needed to trade in my car for ""one on their lot"". i obviously wanted a second opinion, and the gladstone toyota service department came through with flying colors. i was given in writing a full and thorough explanation of everything that would be done to my 2000 celica for its 60,000-mile tune-up before anything was done. Skye made me feel appreciated and took his time to let me decide what my options were. they gave me a loaner car for FREE while the service was done, which Tiffany took care of in the most cheerful and personable way, making sure i would be driving a vehicle which would suit me. she was terrific. Skye called me during the course of the service to let me know how things were going, and when he diagnosed the loose timing chain (which broadway toyota said would cost $6000-$9000 to fix, unless i traded it in), he quoted a repair of $746, in writing, and with an honest assessment of how soon it needed to be taken care of. the car was ready to be picked up at the promised time and was spotless inside and out. all in all, it was an excellent experience. it is a long way for me to get there (45 minutes one way), and they are probably not the cheapest in town, but the overall professionalism and regard shown by everyone i had contact with was well worth the drive and every penny. they offered a complete and itemized list of all that was done, and a year's warranty on all parts and labor. i didn't tell them anything about my experience with broadway toyota, so they had nothing to prove to me other than their own professionalism and honesty. what a great shop. more

Skip the service department 8/7/2002

Very friendly greeting and promise upfront, but when it came to follow through - there was none. They ordered me a simple part (rear window wiper), and promised in one week, two at most. After a week I called. No, part not yet in but I will be first to know when it is. I waited then over 4 weeks. My sales person had left on vacation. Her replacement searched files and found it still not in. Did not understand why it was not there or what to do, but just said keep calling us. I have better things to do with my time! Pros: Friendly up front, child play area Cons: Empty promises, No excuses, Never supplied more
