Review content:
Before going to the dealership, my husband did a lot of research on the ratings and reliability of many different makes/models of vehicles. We are replacing our old Ford F150 4x4 and are very active in outdoor type activities, so needed something durable and reliable. The two vehicles we felt would best fit our needs would either be the Tacoma or Highlander. Jeremy was the first to greet us after we started scouting out the cars on the dealership lot on our own. When he was called away to take an important phone call, he promptly introduced us to Ron. Ron was awesome and took his time answering our questions and showing us the features on the vehicles.
