The worst customer service experience I have ever had, BEWARE!!!\r \r We brought my wife's new 2013 Dodge Durango to Tomball Dodge in for an oil change and while at the dealer they hit something with the vehicle in the right front passenger side. Even their service adviser agreed that they had damaged the hood, bumper, right fender, and headlight area, and that she believed a porter had hit something.\r \r Tomball Dodge kept my wife's vehicle for 7 weeks and stated they were repairing the damage they did, but Tomball Dodge never repaired the damage. We removed our vehicle from Tomball Dodge and now they are trying to claim they didn't damage our vehicle. We have had to file an insurance claim against Tomball Dodge for the cost of the repairs that I have to get done at a different repair shop because Tomball Dodge was unable to in the seven weeks they had the vehicle for the oil change, to repair the damage they did.\r \r I feel that more than just the oil changes are slippery at Tomball Dodge. I feel they were very disorganized, made false promises, didn't return calls, or keep promises made. Senior executives promised to return calls and scheduled for me to come in and meet with them, and did not call and left me waiting for hours and never met with me. Calls were not returned for several weeks only after escalating to the owner did we get a return call from their GM a week later. He promised to get back to me the next day, and another week went by and I had to initiate the communications, again. \r \r The amount of headache it has caused me and my wife is unbelievable. We had bought or leased at least eight vehicles from this dealer group and to get this level of poor customer service was appalling. Actually I personally feel it was negligent and deceptive customer service. It has been at least 2 1/2 months since we brought our car to Tomball Dodge for the oil change and we still do not have use of the vehicle.\r \r My opinion is that I would not recommend anyone purchase or service their vehicles with Tomball Dodge, BEWARE!!! more

Worst Customer Service Ever, BEWARE!!! 1/31/2014

Tomball Dodge had my vehicle for seven weeks for an oil change, damaged the vehicle, and when I escalated to their GM he said that they identified employees that were going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and that is why they held my vehicle for seven weeks. Their service department had promised to repair the damage that they did, and did not, and somehow this was employees "going the extra mile". I should have driven a few more mile and went to a different dealer ship if this is how they go the extra mile. \r \r "Going the extra mile" to provide customer service has to be one of the dumbest statements I've ever heard. They didn't return phone calls, they didn't provide status updates, they didn't deliver a repaired vehicle five times when they promised, and somehow they're trying to spin this into an excellent customer service. This is the epitome of disconnected management. They obviously have absolutely no idea what taking accountability for their own mistakes more

I went in it get my Bluetooth fixed. Since I work a lot, I need my vehicle. So after a lot of coaxing, Nathan agreed to help me get a rental vehicle. When he called enterprise, they were out of vehicles. So I had to wait for an hour while they checked out my vehicle. Nathan then came back and told me they couldn't fix my car because they didn't have the right part in stock. He said they would order it and call me when it was in. This has been almost three weeks and still no phone call. I am a mom and work a full time job. I feel like my time was wasted and no one did what they said they were going to do. Now I have to drive the 30 miles back to the dealership, when I finally have some extra time and if that part ever comes in, and cross my fingers that a car rental place has a vehicle that I can use. I mean, it's not like your dealership has a thousand cars just sitting there or anything. more

I just bought another Wrangler Unlimited with Duke Montross at Tomball Dodge. I was in a bit of a hurry, and he found the exact vehicle I was looking for. He's very helpful and up front about pricing and financing. Overall great guy to deal with. The folks at the dealership are very helpful and friendly. more

Tomball Dodge has cared for my Challenger SRT8 since its purchase. They're staff is friendly, the service is professional, and the facilities are comfortable. On Saturdays they usually have a small lunch or snacks for customers and employees. I attended Tomball Dodge's owners workshop. It was informative and gives me cheaper oil changes. I really appreciate the annual birthday oil change too! more

Service was great, all work was completed in a decient time frame. Service advisor kept me informed. However your automated dealership calls and email stating your parts were in get a bit annoying I was still receiving them a week after I got my truck back. more

Absolutely terrible service! 4/30/2013

This was by far the WORST customer service ever. I spent a majority of my day talking with someone & had made an appointment for us to meet to work on a deal because she clearly stated that they were desperate and would do anything possible to make a deal and that clearly seemed to be anything but the truth. I rushed after work to make it there on time.. I drove 148 miles through traffic and rain pretty much just to waste my time! I got there to realize the girl I had been talking with wasn't there until 9 like she claimed & she found someone else to work with me. He told me he had the car set off on the side for me & needed to get the keys so he could show me the car. I look at the car & I see people getting in it to test drive it. He goes to ask the manager & is told that there isn't a deal but they are working on it. He then told me if the car was sold, he would put me in another car & order the one I want. He asked what I was comfortable with payment & down payment wise. He comes b more

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I ever even consider returning there myself. more

Continuous bad service with Tomball Dodge.\r \r I went in on a Saturday afternoon and after being told that all banks were closed to come back on Monday, I did. On Monday, sales person gave me a finance rate, after driving 2 hours to go there they changed the finance rate, which by luck I had it in a text from sales person so they had to use the lower rate. Then after leaving and a few days later, I realized they never put an inspection sticker on my car. So instead of them mailing one to me since they made the mistake they told me I would need to bring the car back from them to put inspection sticker on it...I instead paid the $ at an inspection place locally to get car inspected. Now it has been a month and I still have not received all the papers I signed on the day I bought the vehicle. I have called 5 times and the last time the receptionist hung up on me because I was ""talking rudely to her"". \r \r Think twice before going here. more

Hidden prices galore! We were charged extra for the following dealer installed items, despite not having any desire for any of them:\r \r - Mopar Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS) - $599\r - VIN etched windows - $599\r - Interior and Exterior protection - $595\r \r In fact, we were told that the EVTS would be included in the price of the vehicle and would not be charged. Turns out, we were charged, and the salesman flat out lied to us when we confronted him about this charge two days later. Lies, lies, lies- that's what this dealership specializes in. We were never informed of the VIN etching or the Interior/Exterior protection until we sat down in the finance office. We didn't know that we would have to pay for either of these until we had time to sit down and review the contract the next day (the dealership was closed by the time we got to the finance office, so we were rushed out the doors after each piece of paper was shoved in front of us to sign).\r \r Will NEVER do business with more
