Awesome Experience 12/14/2010

After 10 years of owning a Cadillac, I wanted something solid, sporty, with higher end amenities like heated leather seats and memory seats. Liked the 4-wheel drive Grand Cherokee and excellent features like bluetooth enabled handsfree talking and 6 cd/sirius system. Immediately went on a road trip up to New England and loved the ride as much as my Cadillac. First time Dodge owner ... understood the cars are well built, last a long time and keep value. The dealership was awesome with a brand new facility that keeps customer experience in mind with on site car wash, waiting area with refreshments, online access ... you name it. So far, so good .... extremely happy with the vehicle and happy with Tomball Dodge. Check it out! more

No Pressure 12/14/2010

The experience at Tomball Dodge was outstanding from start to finish. No pressure to buy and they were completely honest with their pricing and financing. I felt extremely comfortable and not like I was having my intelligence insulted.\r \r This was the first time we purchased a Dodge. We went in because of the company's reputation for safety and quality and walked out very satisfied. This is a dealer that really cares about its customers and looks to exceed expectations. They definitely did with us! more

Outstanding!!!!! 12/11/2010

When I went out shopping for an SUV I never even considered the Dodge Journey. I went to Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep and the sales woman Jeannie Bolley showed me a Dodge Journey which wasn't really an SUV, she called it a crossover and it was perfect for me. My new Journey is fun to drive, easy to handle and get great gas mileage. Best of all I spent 10,000 dollars less than I planned. I feel that Jeannie really listened to me and helped me buy the best car that fit my needs. Outstanding!!!!! more

Super Dealership & a Super Saleswoman!! 12/9/2010

Super Dealership and our super saleswoman Jeannie! My husband always gets frustrated and grouchy when it comes time to replace his work truck so I went with him to find a new one. We hit it off right away with our super sales woman Jeannie Boley. I call her a super sales woman because she put my husband's mind as ease right away with her smile and quick witt. I went to Tomball Dodge today to win a prize. I was helped by Jeannie Bolly to see if my number was a winner. She introduced me to ""Magic Bob"" who was very nice and very funny. Even though I told them I wasn't going to buy a car Jeannie made me feel very welcome and I was treated great. more

My wife and I live almost 3 hours away. We called Tomball Dodge this morning to see if a car was still in stock. It was and we said we were driving up with a check from our bank to buy it. Highly Recommend 12/9/2010

I was interested in a new Dodge 1500 and was very pleased with my experience at Tomball Dodge. It was very refreshing to work with a dealership that did what they advertise. I wanted a new Dodge 1500 and saw they had a great offer, went in and found the one I wanted and then got the great deal. The entire sales staff was no pressure and very knowledgeable about the truck. The finance options they presented to me were very competitive. All in all, a great experience at Tomball Dodge and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new Dodge. Make sure you go on the Internet and ask for Beverly Moreland. She is awesome! more

Excellent service, worked out a nice package for a good price and gave us a brand new loan car while we had to wait for the car to arive from out of town. Outstanding Dealership 12/9/2010

I was searching for a good used car. I found the Tomball Dodge website with a search engine and requested more information. Beverly Moreland called me with details of the car. I went into the dealership to test drive and drove home a short while later with a great car. Beverly was an outstanding salesman. She didn't pressure me to buy a car or any extras that other dealerships push on you. Sales, manager and finance went out of their way to make us comfortable. I suffered injuries, in a car wreck, 2 weeks ago. The staff went out of their way to accomodate me. The price was right, also. I would definately recommend this dealership to friends. more

Pleasantly Surprised 12/7/2010

While visiting relatives in Magnolia over Thanksgiving my 2008 Town and Country would not stay runnung. I called Tomball Dodge in Tomball Texas and got ahold of a salesperson, Jeannie Bolly. She helped me get my car in the shop and got it running before I had to leave to go home. She could have ignored my call because I wasn't going to buy anything but instead she went out of her way to help me. I appreciate her genuine concern for my situation. more

5 Star Automobile Dealership!! 12/3/2010

After driving through row after row of cars, trucks, vans, jeeps and suv's I saw one that just might fit my needs. A Dodge Journey. I looked at the sticker prices and was pleasantly surprised. I walked over and looked at a Nitro and I liked that one too. Right then a nice lady introduced herself as Jeannie and offered to help me. I hit her with a barrage of questions about both vehicles and she answered every question right away. I knew then the Journey was the car for me but I drove them both to be sure. With Jeannie's help I got the Journey I wanted at a great price with no hassle at all. I love my Journey!! Thanks!! more

Dodge Trucks are the best!!!! 12/2/2010

I've been buying Dodge trucks for years because they outlast all others. So when it came time to buy a new one I tried Tomball Dodge and I'm glad I did.
