Amazing Customer Service 5/10/2011

I was recently in an accident and my car was done for. I was really interested in getting a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Some friends recommended Tomball Dodge. Ryan Farrell helped me find the Jeep I wanted with all of the ammenities at a price I felt comfortable with. Turned something I dreaded into a great experience! 5/10/2011

I do not like to car shop, but the time had come, (actually, it was over due). I had gone to a couple of dealerships and was not too excited or pleased with the service. I was not looking for a new car, but a late model and several sales associates, didn't seem to listen to me. I decided to give Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep a try, and happen to meet Ryan Farrell. He was a breath of fresh air. I had an amazing experience and came home with what I was looking for, and not a better attitude about car shopping. Thanks Ryan! more

Great Service and a Lovely Experience 5/10/2011

After experiencing bad customer service at other dealerships and prices that were just insane I was about to give up on my search for a new car. I walked into Tomball Dodge and was greeted by Ryan Farrell and immediately felt like I'd found the right place. The prices were awesome and I did not feel any pressure to buy. I felt like I was being treated as a person and not like numbers on someone's pay check. Overall, it was a really positive experience. more

I had been ripped off at another car dealership, but I know I can trust Ryan Farrell at Tomball Dodge. They were even able to help me with financing despite a few credit issues I have. Ryan and the rest of the staff did an awesome job and I will definitely go back there next time. more

If you are looking for good quality vehicles and a wonderful person to sell you a car or truck, then head to Tomball Dodge and ask for Chris Marino. We recently bought a car for our daughter and a truck for our son and had the best experience ever. They gave us great deal for both vehicles. Even the paperwork was easy and painless. The one ton diesel I've been looking for at Tomball Dodge 1/28/2011

I have been looking for the right one ton diesel truck for months. I always feel like salesmen don't take me serious because I'm young. I went to Tomball Dodge and spoke to Jeannie Bolly and she answered more questions than anyone else and treated me like a serious customer. I plan to buy it soon and will for sure talk to Jeannie at Tomball first. It felt good to be treated seriously. Good job! more

Hemi Challenger is a very Fast Car 1/14/2011

There's one thing I like better than having a salesman who doesn't use the high pressure sale and that's having a Hemi Challenger! I thought for sure I would get the high pressure treatment when buying a car like this but not at Tomball Dodge. I get nervous when buying a car but the people at Tomball Dodge calmed me right down. They came down on the sticker price too. I got a really good deal on a very fast car! more

My First Dodge 1/7/2011

After owning Toyotas for so many years and hearing the horror stories about them I sure didn't want to go that route again. So after doing some research a Dodge Charger R/T came out on the top of my list. Wow! What a car! Better than any Toyota in every way! My New Jeep 1/5/2011

I had been shopping all over Houston for a new Jeep but I could not find one that was in my budget. I arrived at Tomball Dodge right at closing time where I met my sales person Jeannie Bolly. She showed me a Jeep Patriot with all the options I wanted. She stayed past closing time and negotiated a payment for me that I could afford. I drove my new Patriot home that night. Jeannie called me the next morning to make sure I was happy with my Jeep. I told her I was thrilled, which I am. I can't thank her enough for helping me. more
