This was by far the WORST customer service ever. I spent a majority of my day talking with someone & had made an appointment for us to meet to work on a deal because she clearly stated that they were desperate and would do anything possible to make a deal and that clearly seemed to be anything but the truth. I rushed after work to make it there on time.. I drove 148 miles through traffic and rain pretty much just to waste my time! I got there to realize the girl I had been talking with wasn't there until 9 like she claimed & she found someone else to work with me. He told me he had the car set off on the side for me & needed to get the keys so he could show me the car. I look at the car & I see people getting in it to test drive it. He goes to ask the manager & is told that there isn't a deal but they are working on it. He then told me if the car was sold, he would put me in another car & order the one I want. He asked what I was comfortable with payment & down payment wise. He comes b
