My test drive was great 12/2/2010

was looking on the Tomball Dode website and put in a request to test drive a Dodge Challenger. With in minutes I received a call from Beverly Moreland. She was courteous and informative without being too pushy. When I was ready to make my purchase, I contacted Tomball Dodge and I was impressed with the manner in which Beverly answered all my questions and made me feel valued, even before I was a customer. The purchase process was smooth and there was never any pressure to put me in any vehicle other than the one I wanted, which was the least expensive model I test-drove. I have made purchases with other dealerships in the past, but I look forward to a long relationship with Tomball Dodge. more

Friendly Salesmans 12/2/2010

I found my car online at Tomball Dodge's website and it was competitively priced compared to elsewhere.\r I was very pleased with the service rendered and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Beverly Moreland in the Internet Department was also a big help in answering all my questions and made sure I had a salesman ready to assist me when I got there. I have been purchasing new cars for almost 40 years this has been one of the best experiences at Tomball Dodge I have ever had. The vehicle I requested was found and delivered on time even though I had a very tight time table. At no time did I feel under pressure and everything was explained to me clearly through all stages of the purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Tommy Farrell,whom I had the pleasure of working with as my salesman to all my family and friends. I will be back again myself. more

What can I say...by far the best car buying experience I have ever had at Tomball Dodge. From top notch customer service to the friendliness of everyone there this is what a car dealership should be like. Very reasonably priced and made sure I was 100% happy with every aspect of the deal. Beverly Moreland went the extra mile to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. My truck buying experience was great at Tomball Dodge.Beverly Moreland was very friendly and helpful. It was great! The whole process was comfortable and fun. It was the LEAST painful car buying experience I've ever had. Beverly was very knowledgable and professional. We had picked up our new truck, filled out the paper work and were done very quickly.They even filled up my gas tank!!! Now that's what I'm talking about... more

Buying Experience was great! 12/1/2010

My husband and I found ourselves in a situation where we needed to unexpectedly replace a car. We were desperate and could have been taken advantage of. We had been looking for a car, but thought we were several months away from actually buying. We not only got a great price on the Nitro that we had considered buying, but Tomball Dodge gave us a very fair trade in value on the car we unexpectedly needed to get rid of. They treated us well from the greeter, Beverly Moreland at the front door to the financial department that closed the deal. I would definitely go back to Tomball Dodge the next time I'm in the market for a car. more

Our experience at Tomball dodge was exceptional. Not only did they allow us to test drive the vehicle we wanted, but they allowed us to review all available vehicles. The contact we made with Beverly Moreland during our buying experience was top notch. She listened to what we said, cared about what we wanted to get from our vehicle. She is not like other sales people we have experienced before in the past. She is genuine. We have recommended Tomball Dodge to many people. Tomball Dodge and Beverly worked with me over the phone and were able to pre-approve me for the car i wanted. I felt very comfortable with the sales price of the car and my overall experience was probably the best I've ever had in regards to buying a car. I did not feel hassled or pressured into making any decisions and thanks to Beverly I was able to drive home in the car of my dreams that day! Thank you guys soo much!! more

An Enjoyable Experience 11/29/2010

What an enjoyable buying experience we had at Tomball Dodge. Beverly made the experience a pleasure - we didn't have to play any of the back and forth to the manager's office games that are many times played at some car dealerships. Wasnt really in the market for a new car, just wanted to see the new nitro that i watched on tv, went down to tomball dodge. tommy farral was my salesman's and i had the best exsperience i have ever had at any car dealership. they let me take my time and showed me everything. thank you tommy for all your help! more

My New Charger 11/23/2010

This was my first car purchase. Going into it i was so excited, Beverly Moreland at Tomball Dodge was very nice, and I was so happy because we were told that we could take the car home for the night, with no charge. The next thing I knew we were sitting in the financing office. I am now the pround owner a brand new Charger. Woo-Hoo:) more

People are always anxious to write negative reviews and I feel it is important to share a positive experience in car negotiations. While I did not purchase a vehicle from Tomball Dodge, my emails and phone conversations with Beverly Moreland were dealt with extremely professionally and honestly. The main reason I did not buy a particular vehicle was merely because I live in Florida and it was more of a logistic problem on my end to visit the dealership. more

Wow!! Who would have thought I would be able to get a JEEP!! I looked on Internet for quotes from Tomball Dodge and Beverly got back with me and she made it happen.
