I had the best experience when I went to Tomball Dodge. Michael Ross helped me the day I went in and when I left, I had made up my mind that I was going to purchase a car there. it really does matter when customer service is the best!!!!! more

So I was looking for a vehicle (impaticular a Chrysler 300C), and amazingly enoughI came across the website and to my surprise Tomball Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep came up as one of the leaders in customer service, and personal requirements that I had. Thanks to the website I encountered a young man by the name of Chris Marino!! Not only to my surprise did I receive the best knowledge of the new Chrysler 300C that I was interested in. I am truely happy with my purchase. more

Lisa Morales had excellent knowledge of the vehicles and made my choice very easy. Lisa made me feel comfortable with my choice and let me test drive a few different models. Tomball Dodge Experience/ Chris Marino 10/26/2010

I have been in the process of looking for a new vehicle for quite some time now. I recently went to Tomball Dodge where I met Chris Marino. I cannot express to you the great experience I had. It is very hard to find a car salesperson that I don't feel like I am being pushed into buying a vehicle. Chris was NOT pushy at all. He spent quality time with me and answered all the questions I had thoroughly, and I had allot of questions. It is very hard to find good customer service these days and Chris Marino provided me just that. If anyone asks me where do I recommend to buy a vehicle...I will say Tomball Dodge and make sure they ask for Chris Marino. Thanks to Chris my road has finally come to an end in looking for a car dealership.\r more

Awesome Experience 10/26/2010

I was out car shopping, and to me that is kinda like going to the dentist and having a tooth pulled. After shopping around a few dealerships and ending up with that dentist feeling, I decieded to make on more stop at Tomball Dodge and have a look around, as soon as i pulled into the lot her comes a young salesman all full of smiles and i thought Oh boy here we go. But he greated me with a handshake and said if i had any questions just ask but first take your time to look around at our vehicles first, That impressed me right of the bat i walked the lot for about an hr. believe it or not undisturb and had a few questions to ask. So i went back to that young salesman ( Chris Marino) ask my questions and ended up driving off in a new vehicle. Thank you Mr. Marino for showing me how different Tomball Dodge is from all the other dealerships i have been to. I know when it is time for me to buy another new vehicle where my first and only stop will be. more
