From start to finish, I was pleased with the level of service I received from Tipping Hat and Service Tech Brian. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.. He also put on shoe covers over his footwear to not track dirt through my house. He arrived exactly on time and only needed one hour to conduct the work. The only constructive criticism I would provide would be directed at whoever sends out the email with the service tech's info. I didn't receive it until after he arrived.
