Terrible experience with Steam Team. Poor communication and basically buyer beware. Remedial team tried to force unecessary abestos test and was very unclear about mold inspection. Rebuild team decided not to do their portion of the job but gave us no notification. Apparently Robert Druck felt the job was not big enough but gave us no notification. After 7 days I finally called him which left us seeking another contractor and delaying completion of the job. Five years ago they did a great job but apparently management has changed. If you are forced to use Steam Team run from Robert Druck. more

Steam team was very helpful to me when I was trying to clean my apartment upon move out. I called very last minute and they were able to squeeze me in on the afternoon of my call. They did an excellent job - ny only issue was that they told me that they would call me before they were on their way to my apartment. I did not receive a call. That is my preference though, I just like to be prepared! Otherwise customer service and everything was excellent. more

The team did an outstanding job on the damage to my home. I cannot even tell that there was even any damage to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone that requires a team to repair water damage to their home. more

AIR CONDITIONER AND DRYER VENTS 8/1/2015

The men that came were excellent. They immediately knew what the problem was and corrected it in record time. They were very pleasant and friendly. The companies prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company more
