Review content:
Terrible experience with Steam Team. Poor communication and basically buyer beware. Remedial team tried to force unecessary abestos test and was very unclear about mold inspection. Rebuild team decided not to do their portion of the job but gave us no notification. Apparently Robert Druck felt the job was not big enough but gave us no notification. After 7 days I finally called him which left us seeking another contractor and delaying completion of the job. Five years ago they did a great job but apparently management has changed. If you are forced to use Steam Team run from Robert Druck.
