We had a slow leak between our bathroom walls and it was starting to mold. Steam Team came out on a holiday weekend and absolutely saved us. The team was courteous and informative...

Worst

While these guys were quick, they were not very thorough. They left some very obvious stains on our carpet. The price was outrageous. The whole time, the guy was trying to upsell ...

Don't waste your time and $$ on other carpet cleaners! 2/17/2011

In the busyness of Christmas I called another carpet cleaning company thinking I was calling The Steam Team. They had to come out twice and I was still unhappy. I went to look for my last receipt and realized that I had called a company with Steam in the title, but not The Steam Team. After Christmas I called the Steam Team to come clean my horribly dirty carpets. They came on time, did a wonderful job and my carpets smelled clean as well as looked clean. I will never call anyone else! more

Awesome service 1/30/2011

We had been in dire need of carpet cleaning since we have cats and tend to have lots of company over frequently. I had actually bought a deal on Groupon for the Steam Team, otherwise I don't think I would've taken the initiative to get the service. Needless to say, Shon came on time, was very quick, and did a wonderful job. Our carpet looks like brand new. I highly recommend the Steam Team and will definitely use them again soon! more

Excellent Job !! 1/22/2011

Ruben and Leo from The Steam Team came into my house with excellent customer service, they explained to me before they started how much my bill was going to be and what they were going to do to my carpets and airducts. I was amazed how my carpets look like new not like 16 years old carpets with stains!! For any other jobs I""ll be needing I'll be calling The Steam Team and asking for Ruben and Leo :) more

carpet cleaning 1/19/2011

Ruben from The Steam Team just cleaned my carpets and I am very pleased. I was also impressed with the technician who cleaned my carpets in May. Ruben also added a teflon treatment for a very reasonable price and a complimentary bottle of stain remover. He offered other services but there was no hard sell. My 10 year old carpet looks as good as new. I will definately be using The Steam Team in the future. more

Greatest service and experience 1/14/2011

My son-in-law recommended Austin Steam It to me when we were looking for a good cleaning company for our carpet. We had tried 3 others and were just not satisfied. Austin Steam it set up an appointment and arrived right on time. Sergio was excellent. He was very friendly and caring. He worked quickly and did excellent job on the carpets. We will definately use this company for all our tile and carpet cleaning. more

Great carpet cleaning at a great price! 12/8/2010

I just had the carpet in 3 bedrooms & 1 bath/dressing area cleaned by Shon from Steam Team, & he did an amazing job! He was right on time, did the job thoroughly, quickly, & efficiently, & was extremely courteous. I'm having him come back next week to do tile & grout cleaning! I highly recommend this company! more

Carpet Cleaners 12/2/2010

I recently purchased some of their services via Groupon. I had to reschedule my appointment once and Lorraine was so pleasant and helpful. Today the team arrived precisely within the time frame scheduled. They were very pleasant but didn't waste time chit-chatting .. they got right to work. They were done in less than an hour and did an excellent job. The few remaining spots I have to take the blame for since I didn't have the carpet cleaned more frequently. I won't let that happen again. I can honestly recommend their services to anyone who asked me about carpet cleaning companies. more

I highly recommend using The Steam Team for tile & grout cleaning...they did a fantastic job. We've used competitors in the area and honestly, don't remember it looking this clean. I think one thing that helped are the large dryers they used. The company we used last time let them air dry and it left some dark marks where the dirty water sat in the grout. Our techs name was Shon...very friendly, professional and fast. We'll be using The Steam Team from here on out. Thanks, Shon and The Steam Team! Looks like a new kitchen! more

Steam Team = Great Carpet Cleaning 10/27/2010

I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning for two rooms for $49. I made an appointment for a day my dog would be at doggie day care. Shon Edwards arrived right on time and quickly went to work on my living room/dining room areas. He did a great job and my carpet looks new again. He got out all the stains! I hate to admit this but, we hadn't had our carpet cleaned in years. I contacted The Steam Team and Shon Edwards came out and cleaned our living room carpet and bedroom carpet. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what he did. I was also surprised to find out how many things The Steam Team can help with from grout cleaning to sofa cleaning. Superior Results! 8/15/2010

I recently purchased a handwoven Oriental rug at an estate sale and though the pattern was beautiful, the condition great, it had been in an older home with older residents, and older odors. I contacted Kelly with The Steam Team, dropped my rug off, and gave minimal instructions... The results are superior! Colors are brilliant, texture is still soft, and odors are gone. To say I'm happy is a major understatement. The level of professionalism and can-do attitude are unmatched and I gladly recommend the ""Team"" without reservation. Great job! more

We just moved into our house in Georgetown and my girlfriend was having allergy issues. The techs came out and cleaned our vents and ducts and were quick and neat. There was no mess left for us to clean and the allergy issues are gone! Pros: They were on time, helpful and did an all around great job! more
