I am extremely pleased with the job that Frank from the Steam team did. My bedroom carpet looks bright and cheery and so do my rugs in my other living areas. Frank was extremely professional and was very helpful and providing me with several tips to keep my carpet and rugs cleaner. more

While these guys were quick, they were not very thorough. They left some very obvious stains on our carpet. The price was outrageous. The whole time, the guy was trying to upsell us on something new. more

The carpet cleaning went very well with Shon. He showed up around 5 pm during our 3-6 pm window. A phone rep called us in advance to let us know he would be there. He was very efficient and moved the furniture/sofa/baby crib. We had about 37 stains before the cleaning and I only counted 1 after the cleaning. That specific one was grape juice spill and it didn?t recover. Either ways, we are very satisfied after the cleaning. The only suggestion would be to let the customers know in advance that the hallway cleanings are $ 18 each (so either from the door to the living room or from the living room to the rest room would be counted as two hallways). more

Recently I arrived home to find my residence flooded with water. My first concern, our dog, Lexie. She was ok, but scared to death as she stood in three inches of water. more

We were very happy with the job The Steam Team did. The carpet looks like new again. We got a 5 room special and added 2 more rooms to that. Our tech Shon was super hard working, polite and professional. A couple of tough spots returned once the carpet dried but The Steam Team is coming back out to work on them no extra charge and we live past Georgetown, TX. We definitely recommend The Steam Team!! more

I purchased a two room steam clean Groupon from the Steam Team and called and made an appointment. They sent me a great tech named Caleb and he was very professional in every way. I had one spot that concerned me but Caleb got it out with no problem at all. After using these guys with the Groupon, I will definitely seek them out for future business. I used today's Groupon to get two rooms cleaned for $49. While on the phone scheduling my appt it came to light that this deal only applies to rooms with wall-to-wall carpet, not area rugs. We only have one room with wall-to-wall carpet (and a few area rugs in others) so The Steam Team generously offered to clean and Scotch Guard the wall-to-wall carpet since we didn't have a second wall-to-wall carpet to clean. Also, they were able to come out today and had no problem accepting the Groupon even though it technically does not activate until tomorrow. Cool. Mario, their Senior Cleaning Specialist, arrived well within the quoted time frame. He was friendly, professional, and respectful. Within seconds I could tell that he knew his job well. I showed Mario my area rugs because I wanted a quote on how much it would cost to get a few spots out. Once Mario saw how small (and inexpensive) the rugs were, he said he would lump them into the Groupon and just charge me a nominal fee to scotch guard the wall-to-wall carpet. Even better. The entire process didn't take very long and the wall-to-wall carpet looks brand new. Mario took care to advise me on how long it would take for the carpet to dry. The cleaning solution is pleasantly scented but not overpoweringly so. Overall an excellent experience. Will I use them again? In a heartbeat! I've been looking for a competent carpet cleaning company and I'm happy to report that I've found one. more

We have hard wood and tile through out our house so I have area rugs that get lots of traffic having 3 kids and a dog. Ruben at Steam Clean came out and made all my rugs look like new. Not only was he very professional but he was nice and informative about anything I asked him. It's so worth the money to have like new rugs. Now I am about to schedule to have our tile floors cleaned and sealed and definitely using Ruben of the Steam Team because of how professional and nice he is. Thanks Ruben! more

I cannot believe how good our carpets look again. We had just a few stains and they are gone, plus the high traffic areas came to life again.
