We had a slow leak between our bathroom walls and it was starting to mold. Steam Team came out on a holiday weekend and absolutely saved us. The team was courteous and informative...

While these guys were quick, they were not very thorough. They left some very obvious stains on our carpet. The price was outrageous. The whole time, the guy was trying to upsell ...

They first reviewed our situation, made a plan and sent a team to remove all water damaged floors and wall as required. The cleanup was very good after the teardown of damaged structures. Daily visits to check moisture were carried out in a timely fashion. more

Outstanding! 7/31/2015

I have a lot of pets, including a dog who's had accidents. The carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in a couple of years, although we do clean them with a consumer machine on a regular basis. The Steam Team was fast, professional, and made my 10-year old carpets look practically new!! more

Maikel Guerrero of the Steam Team cleaned my carpet today and brought a 15+ year old carpet back to great condition. I highly recommend this company and their employee. He was professional, courteous and completed the job quickl but thorough. I will definitely use them again!!! more

I had used the Steam Team in the past but never again! I have a rental property and I paid them to clean the carpet several weeks ago. I did not inspect the cleaning because I had good luck with this company in the past and I did not want to bother the renter so I did not check the carpet cleaning. The elderly renter just moved out and the carpets look like they had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the and they said they only guarantee there work for 10 days! more

I used The Steam Team for dryer duct cleaning, and I'll never again look elsewhere! The last time I had this work done, the company that came out used only a shop vacuum to clean the duct, and I had to call them back twice because they did a terrible job, This time, I called The Steam Team, and Steven S. came out with all of the necessary equipment, and did a terrific job. Our dryer works like it did when it was brand new (it's 10 years old), because of the thorough job Steven did.\r Couldn't be more pleased, and recommend these guys highly. Job more than well done! more

This is the second time I have had Steam Team visit my house. This time to take care of a couch that had dirt all over it (thanks to a lovely puppy of ours). Anyways, Steam Team did an amazing job, and even gave me tips on how to preserve the couch. They also cleaned our carpets the day of (for a great price). I was really impressed with the service and overall experience. Will definitely be using them again in the future. more

Steam Team did an outstanding job cleaning up recent rain water damage . They were fast, efficient, and very professional. And they also ensured we did not have any mold issues. I thought they only cleaned carpets, but they do much more! more

Very professional and satifactory 4/27/2012

Ive used many Steam Clean services in the past and have found few that I am actually 100% satisfied with. My carpet felt soft and fluffy afterwards and did not feel matted, rough as it did with other cleaners in the past. The customer service was excellent as well. Thank you Steam Team! more
