The movers from RoadRunner were top notch!! They moved all my belongings from Cambridge to Tewksbury in record time. There were no issues, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommend RoadRunner! more

The two movers were excellent, A+, very polite, professional and hard working. They got the job done quicker than expected. Great guys to work with, they are hardworking, knowledgable and earn your trust immediately. Moving is stressful enough, I have had my share of bad movers and it can ruin an already tense situation. Great Experience 6/7/2009

Moved from Boston to Washington, DC, and had to have my things stored for a few weeks in between. Roadrunner was fantastic all throughout. It felt as if they partnered with me on my move, taking the time to understand my needs and concerns, and then addressing them. The move was uneventful and I was pleasantly surprised at their timeliness, attention to detail and friendliness. In short, they did what they said they will do. And that is a rarity when it comes to moving companies. I can only hope that next time I will have to move, I could use them again. Great Moving Company 6/2/2009

I used Roadrunner yesterday for my move and could not have been happier. My inital contact was Dave who replied quickly to my email and was friendly, helpful and sensitive to my situation (moving out of an apartment after a break up). The movers were there exactly on time and practically ran in and out of my old apartment moving my furniture and boxes.The final cost was $30.00 less than the estimate and worth every penny! Everything arrived completly in tact and the movers (Homero, Matt and Roman) could not have been nicer or more professional. They set up my bed for me and made sure to ask where I would like furniture placed. A few hours after the move Dave called to make sure everything went ok and to ""check in"" as he knew the move was d/t a breakup. These gentleman were extremely efficient, careful with all items (even an art deco glass lamp from the 30s made it through unscathed. They guys were very responsive and put all my furniture in place including setting up the bed. more

Professional, solid moving company 4/22/2009

These guys did a great job of moving me from my 5th floor apartment (ouch) into a new place in Charlestown. They were professional, treated my items and my home with care, and have great customer service as well. They did a great job quoting me, responding to my initial inquiry in a prompt manner, and the job took just as long as they said it would. These are the guys you want moving you 4/7/2009

I had this group move me out of a rental, into their storage for 4 months, and then into another condo. They came all the way up to NH to pick up additional items on move in day. The storage period was undefined as I didn't know when I'd be moving into the new place. Not a thing was scratched, they were helpful and prompt, and willing to help in any way they could, including checking to make sure the furniture was where I wanted it before leaving. I would recommend them with no reservations. Pros: professional, kind, accomodating...the list could be endless more

A ""moving"" experience with the best! 4/3/2009

For the last two years we have moved several times due to changes in the family structure. And we could not have had a more positive experience during some strained moments in our lives. Roadrunner has certainly made the ""moving"" experience much more pleasureable. All the employees that I have met and dealt with, have been, professional, pleasant, have made me feel comfortable and they work hard all day long effeciently and non-stop. They always bring forth a positive attitude and make the work look easy. At the end of the day, it''s like ""wow"" we are done and it was quite a pleasant experience. We just used Roadrunner Movers this past weekend to move from MA to CT over 2 days. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and worked extremely hard to make moving a less stressful and overwhelming experience. They were the only moving company that I contacted that offered to come to our home to look at what we had to give us a quote. Their price was reasonable and competitive with other local moving companies. I would highly recommend them! Pros: professional, friendly, great! more

Best Mover! 3/31/2009

I have to say how INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING our move was with Roadrunners. Nothing broke, Paulo and the others were on time, courteous, careful and knowledgeable. They picked up our stuff in Boston on Saturday and delivered our things in DC on Monday. The same guys were there for pick-up and drop-off, which was great. The quote we were given was spot on and everything went as smoothly as it could have gone. Thank you RoadRunners! Outstanding Service 3/24/2009

This was our second move in 4 months, and we used Roadrunner both times. Roadrunner is an outstanding moving company. Dave was amazing in thinking through every last detail, even thinking how our 5 year old son could help out. The guys where efficient, extremely hard working (never took a break), and also were very pleasant. I would highly recommend these guys! And they were cheaper, and came UNDER quote. I wanted to post some feedback because they did such an amazing job that went beyond my expectations. It was a tedious move with lots of small and odd shaped items but they moved everything easily and were friendly and kept a good attitude the whole time. Best Move Experience Ever 2/9/2009

I have moved 5 times over the past 3 years, and each move seemed to be more painful than the last. Roadrunner was absolutely excellent though - Paolo, Dave, and Blaine were professional, polite, and took great care of all my things. Will definitely recommend them to my friends. Even though I'm hoping to stay in one place for awhile, if I have to move again, they'll be my first and last phone call! more
