I used Roadrunner yesterday for my move and could not have been happier. My inital contact was Dave who replied quickly to my email and was friendly, helpful and sensitive to my situation (moving out of an apartment after a break up). The movers were there exactly on time and practically ran in and out of my old apartment moving my furniture and boxes.The final cost was $30.00 less than the estimate and worth every penny! Everything arrived completly in tact and the movers (Homero, Matt and Roman) could not have been nicer or more professional. They set up my bed for me and made sure to ask where I would like furniture placed. A few hours after the move Dave called to make sure everything went ok and to ""check in"" as he knew the move was d/t a breakup. Overall, it made a potentially very stressful moving situation easy and worry free.
