I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

A Trustworthy dealership 2/9/2014

The mechanics could have easily scammed me by telling me I needed a new battery when they could not find the cause of my problem. Instead, I drove away with no charge and a car that runs just fine. more

A Welcome Surprise 1/29/2014

The last few times I've had work done, I've been smoked for at least a grand! This time, my ignition wouldn't turn and the estimate was $300. I received a call that they just cut a new key and saved me tons of money! I was so relieved! more

Back in a Toyota! 1/28/2014

I purchased a Jeep from Dwayne Lanes in Everett and it was the WORST experience ever! Service there was even more horrible. Because of this I hated my Jeep and missed my Toyota Matrix. I know every dealership just wants the sale, but Magic Toyota was great! My salesman Charlie was amazingly sweet (you would NEVER peg him as a car salesman). The mgr was great as well, and while I still feel I should have gotten more for my Jeep, I'm extremely happy with my experience. I truly hope servicing my Prius there will be as enjoyable as my sales experience....if it is, I'll be a customer for life! My husband is now thinking of getting a Prius as well lol more
