I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

No respect for the appointment time. Went in at 9:00am was done around 2:00pm for an oil change on a Saturday. Wasted my whole day. Josh was very polite and helpful,kept apologi...

Final salesman and patience. 1/28/2014

Our final salesman was no pressure, "this is what we can do, and this is what you'll pay" is all some people want out of a dealer. Not, well the wife's not here, let's talk numbers. But first salesman patience in all the test drives was fantastic. more

Professional and courteous 1/26/2014

I had a coupon for a free oil change so I dropped by Magic Toyota to have the oil changed in my VW Jetta. With no appointment and a very full schedule they worked me in. There was no attitude or comment about no appointment. They were friendly and courteous. Next time, I'll be sure to make an appointment. Thanks Magic! more

Great place for service - and 2 comments 1/26/2014

I am glad to have the reliable work and courteous folks, but 1. I have simply learned to add 25-50% longer than anticipated for an oil change or scheduled maintenance to be completed. And that's WITH an appointment .... 2. I cannot wrap my head around why driving my car into the garage and then back to the parking spot requires the driver's seat and mirror be completely readjusted ... more

Great service 1/16/2014

I made an appointment for an oil change special thats going on right now for 1:30. I got there at 1:15 and heard that its an hour process. I went to the customer lounge not knowing what time it'd really get done but at 2:30 on the dot I was called. Everything was done and they didn't try to sell unnecessary maintenance. I had a great experience! more

King's so nice to work with. The car was ready when promised and at the quoted price. We also were given a nearly new RAV to drive which was fun, even though it was terribly dirty. more

Overall good experience. 1/16/2014

I thought the initial service rep i talked to at the desk closest to the door was rather rude in his demeanor. Made me feel like I was a hassle to him. You know, i'm just one of the customers who allows him to keep a job... If that were the only person I dealt with I may have just walked out. But he passed me off to another gentleman who's name i can't recall. He was very friendly and made a genuine effort to relate to me and engage me. I really appreciated his service style. I will be sure to try and get him next time. As far as the work goes it all seemed par or better. So I can't complain. And the price was certainly better for synthetic than anywhere else I have found. I plan to go back. more

The staff were knowledgeable, attentive and respectful without being intrusive or pushy. They had a large inventory of cars that met my criteria. I have purchased many cars, and this was one of my better experiences. more
