I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Friendly, good inventory, no hassles 3/3/2014

My sales person, Lai, was very helpful and didn't try to tell me what I wanted like other dealerships I visited. The purchase was very straight forward and pleasant. I had done a test drive previously with Lai and he didn't try to sell me a car that day since I'd told him I wasn't ready to buy yet. He respected my wishes. more

I was very impressed, they said it would be 2 and 1/2 hours, and they were right. They did the service for the recall that toyota of puyallup were supposed to have done. I sat in their waiting room for almost 4 hours for an oil change, I had scheduled that and the recall work, or so I thought................. more

My wife and I were treated with respect and courtesy by the whole team at Magic. They provided a win-win deal and we bought two new cars, an Avalon Limited and a Highlander Limited.
