I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

No respect for the appointment time. Went in at 9:00am was done around 2:00pm for an oil change on a Saturday. Wasted my whole day. Josh was very polite and helpful,kept apologi...

Not great, mechanics don't put car back and overprice you 8/2/2016

Sure it was fast but again over price you and mechanics had my gas casket and cover open they didn't clean up after themselves inside and disappointing. more

He did a really great job of handling my servicing appointment that day despite how busy and slammed the team was. I would not have taken the time to give him a review if the service was not extraordinary! more

2016 Toyota Radio Replacement 8/2/2016

Magic Toyota replaced our car radio, which had been losing power and cutting out periodically causing it to lose its memory. We took it in the next day, they tested it, called for a replacement radio. One week later we had our new radio! Super service, super quick, super polite! more

Appt Convenience, friendliness 7/28/2016

Khing always makes sure my car (and myself) are taken care of. I had an oil change appt scheduled before I went to work a couple weeks ago - they had it done in seriously 20 minutes, and my car was vacuumed too. Just enough time for me to grab a coffee and head to work after. :) Thank you! more

Nice quick service, but 7/26/2016

I like Magic, love my Toyota Camry Hybrid. Nice, quick service. I was immediately greeted by a young woman who directed me to the Service Desk. However, when I got to the desk, I was made to wait without a : "Hi there, I'll be with you shortly". I don't mind waiting whatsoever, I just though they could address me as if I was not invisible. Otherwise, no issues. Will always take my Toyota to Magic. more
