I purchased a Jeep from Dwayne Lanes in Everett and it was the WORST experience ever! Service there was even more horrible. Because of this I hated my Jeep and missed my Toyota Matrix. I know every dealership just wants the sale, but Magic Toyota was great! My salesman Charlie was amazingly sweet (you would NEVER peg him as a car salesman). The mgr was great as well, and while I still feel I should have gotten more for my Jeep, I'm extremely happy with my experience. I truly hope servicing my Prius there will be as enjoyable as my sales experience....if it is, I'll be a customer for life! My husband is now thinking of getting a Prius as well lol
