I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

The service team is exceptional! 2/12/2014

Check in and out is always quick. The people that work in that department are so nice---genuinely nice and happy to see you. Not "fake, customer service" nice. Even though taking your car in for service can be a hassle and you have to make time for it, Magic Toyota always makes it less of a chore. more

Service was during snow day so short on staff but not big deal- they got me in despite not processing my e-appointment. Wi-Fi code didn't seem to work. more

Gracious service 2/12/2014

When I learned my service would take an unexpected hour and a half, I balked, but immediately the rep. said, would you like a car? Of course I said yes, and in five minutes I was on my way and didn't have to wait. Very helpful! more
