My family owns more than one Toyota. This is the 4th time we have been notified by Toyota that there is a recall and our airbags ( or parts of the airbag to be more exact) are defective and need replacing. So we have spent many hours over the last 3 years setting appointments and driving the cars there to be serviced. We have all had to take time of work to drop the cars off and pick them up, not to mention arrange for transportation to and from work This week we got yet another notice for more replacement parts,. So we set up a time all over again. Got a call from some woman named Mandy of Magic Toyota in Lynnwood WA to confirm the appts. I happen to ask what the actual problem was this time since we had gotten so many calls to have airbag problems fixed already. While I was just seeking an answer, instead the call ended in Mandy telling me "" oh yeah shoot the messenger that will get it done"" and then she hung up on me.. Just like that. So my feedback and feelings of Magic Toyota is at an all time low. In fact, I see them unprofessional in hiring brats to handle customers like she did. I am waiting on a call back from the Service Director but not sure if I will ever get one. Also not sure if Mandy will ever get any correcting or even more than a flirt from her male bosses. Is there anything left in true consistent customer service? I get good service at many places but just not Magic Toyota. Lest not from Mandy.\r \r UPDATE: 10/11/16 end of the day. Never a call from anyone at Toyota offering an apology for the bratty way their little miss Mandy behaved on the phone. Must be she is a daughter of one of the bosses. Yeah, that's the way to do business! Non one in my family will ever buy a car or have any service done other than the recall work, at Magic Toyota of Lynnwood WA again. more

Fast, honest, friendly service! 8/16/2016

Each time I bring my car in to be serviced, employees greet me by name and a smile. I feel like they treat customers with respect aren't trying to upsell me anything I don't need. In particular, Brandon is the perfect example of excellent customer service, always going above and beyond my expectations! more

Check out system failure that resulted in a tow from Everett 8/14/2016

I had my Prius towed from N. Everett where I was 'parked' on an I-5 exit ramp 2 miles from a Toyota Dealership. Why tow it so far? I know and trust Magic. What was wrong? Good question. All the lights were flashing in the car and a "take it in for immediate check-up' warnings came on, then all systems started to turn off. At Magic the problem was not reproducible and all systems checked out, even after a test drive. They tested out the syatems immediately and meanwhile gave me a ride to my nearby home. They kept me apprised of the results of their check, and the cart was ready to pick-up first thing the next morning. It was under warranty and there was no charge. Everyone was friendly and I did not get any of the sexist, ageist or other '-ist' comments that I have received at other car dealerships. more

Did a nice job replacing my air bag 8/12/2016

The airbag light on my 2003 Tacoma came on, so I took it to Magic Toyota. It took a day to get a part out of Portland, but I was able to use a Tacoma loaner, so there was minimal inconvenience. The repair fixed the problem and the cost was reasonable. Reshell did a good job of communicating progress and was flexible about scheduling my pick up. more

They have been very nice to me. I've been a customer for 26 years so they know me and roll out the red carpet to help me. Always very pleasant and explain what needs done and why. I trust them to tell me the truth. I get all my service done here. I won't go anywhere else. The service is always completed to my satisfaction. more
