Professionals 8/10/2016

As stressed as I was when I called, technician Orlando was calm cool and collected, even in my very hot attic. He diagnose the problem, got it to cool sufficiently while the part needed was located, and return days later installing it. A panicked weekend call was made as my AC wouldn't seem to shut off. My call was received and I was reassured a technician would be out ASAP.....all was resolved with a smile. Thank you Southwest air conditioning....! professional, hard working techs 7/25/2016

My ac went during the week and =Southwest AC techs came out on a Sat to installed new unit. These guys were very polite, professional, hard working. They answered all my questions. It took them all day - and it was hot. I so appreciate all their work. Everything these guys did was a very neat job. Cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Southwest ac and heating. The Best in the Abilene Area 7/22/2016

I got multiple bids to replace my entire HVAC system in my house. The ten year parts warranty that American Standard offers was the deciding factor. Jerry Horton was extremely professional and even tried to work at lowering the bid. The bid was already a fair price. We went with the 0% financing option and we were approved the next day. Jerry had the whole team come out the following Monday and they removed the old system and installed the new one in 8 hours. The service was astounding. The whole team was very respectful and professional. Southwest is truly the best HVAC company in Abilene. TOP QUALITY SERVICE 7/13/2016

Once again the professionalism of the Southwest A/C & Heating staff came through for us during the 4th of July week-end. Old unit went out - and due to holiday week-end window units were loaned to us and new unit installed as soon as it arrived. Evan and Earnest were our tech's and they did a superb job of installing the new American Standard outside unit and getting us cooled down with a caring attitude, which makes this company the one we'll use from now and recommend very highly. Technician responded with-in 2 hours and identified problem with-in 10 minutes. Completed repairs and performed preventive maintenance services in one hour. Great service! Our technician, Orlando (I believe), worked very hard to find the problem, did not "overassess" the problem or try to convince me there was more wrong than there actually was. He worked the problem to the end and made sure all things were in good working order before he left. Excellent service. Excellent Service 6/2/2016

Southwest AC servicemen were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Working in a very hot and cramped area they removed old ducting, installed new ducting and vents in my house. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating. However the new duct and grills looked great and you should be saving some money on your electric bill since your air is going into your house and not leaking into the attic. Excellence Response and Service 6/1/2016

The representative took the time to come out late Friday to diagnose an AC issue. He did so in a professional manner and indentified the problem quickly. He stayed until he was able to confirm that the unit was working properly and explained the problem in detail. He also gave us pointers on how to make sure our unit is always running efficiently.
